SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup urządzeń i maszyn jak również wykonanie prac budowlanych związanych z adaptacją budynków w celu dostosowania ich do wymagań montażu zakupionych środków trwałych. Realizacja takich działań inwestycyjnych pozwoli wdrożyć i produkować innowacyjny w skali międzynarodowej produkt jakim jest nowy ambulans medyczny będący wynikiem przeprowadzonych prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Wnioskodawca planuje wykonać dwa zadania: Zadanie nr 1 - Prace budowlane. W ramach zdania zostaną wykonane prace budowlane pozwalające na adaptację budynku pod montaż komory bezodbiciowej. Prace te Wnioskodawca zaplanował w okresie od listopada 2020 r. do kwietnia 2021 r. Dodatkowo w ramach zadania zaplanowano prace budowlane polegające na postawieniu ścian na hali produkcyjnej. Ściany te pozwolą odgrodzić powierzchnię, na której odbywać się będzie montaż pojazdów od powierzchni, na której znajdować się będą planowane do zakupu maszyny i urządzenia. Te prace Wnioskodawca planuje przeprowadzić w okresie od grudnia 2020 r. do marca 2021 r. Zadanie nr 2 – Zakup urządzeń i maszyn. W ramach zadania Wnioskodawca planuje zakup maszyn i urządzeń niezbędnych do produkcji nowej karetki będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia. Zakupy te planowane są w okresie od listopada 2020 r. do lipca 2021 r. W ramach tego zadania Wnioskodawca planuje również zakupić komorę bezodbiciową wraz z niezbędnym oprzyrządowaniem pomiarowym. Komora pozwoli na wykonanie pomiarów na wyprodukowanych ambulansach pod kątem emisji na podzespołach elektronicznych. Wnioskodawca planuje złożyć zapytanie ofertowe w styczniu 2021 r. a odbiór gotowej do użytkowania komory zaplanowano w okresie wrzesień - październik 2021. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The object of the project is the purchase of equipment and machinery as well as the execution of construction works related to the adaptation of buildings in order to adapt them to the requirements of assembly of purchased fixed assets. The implementation of such investment measures will enable the implementation and production of an innovative product on an international scale, which is a new medical ambulance resulting from research and development. The applicant plans to perform two tasks: Task 1 – Construction work. As part of the sentence, construction works will be carried out allowing the building to be adapted to the installation of a non-reflective chamber. This work was planned by the Applicant between November 2020 and April 2021. Additionally, construction works consisting of placing walls in the production hall were planned as part of the task. These walls will allow to separate the surface on which the vehicles will be assembled from the area on which they will be planned to purchase the machine and equipment. The Applicant plans to carry out this work between December 2020 and March 2021. Task No 2 – Purchase of equipment and machinery. As part of the task, the Applicant plans to purchase the machinery and equipment necessary for the production of the new carriage to be implemented. These purchases are planned between November 2020 and July 2021. As part of this task, the Applicant also plans to purchase a non-reflective chamber with the necessary measuring instrumentation. The chamber will allow measurements on manufactured ambulances for emissions on electronic components. The applicant plans to submit a request for quotation in January 2021 and the reception of the ready-to-use chamber is scheduled to take place between September and October 2021. (English)
