SA 42799(2015/X) Realizacja projektu przewiduje wdrożenie 2 nowych projektów wzorniczych w postaci bezprogowych kabin prysznicowych dedykowanych wykorzystaniu przez osoby poruszające się na wózkach inwalidzkich oraz osoby starsze do oferty produktowej Wnioskodawcy w oparciu o współpracę z profesjonalnymi projektantami. Proces projektowy rozpoczął się od samodzielnego przeprowadzenia diagnozy wzorniczej w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy. W następnej kolejności, już po podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie z PARP Wnioskodawca zleci opracowanie strategii wzorniczej, na podstawie której zdefiniowane zostaną wstępne założenia w stosunku do wdrażanych kabin prysznicowych w postaci analizy materiałowej, wykonalności, technologii, cech produktu, a także analizy kluczowych w kontekście wdrożenia trendów. W następnej kolejności, na bazie opracowanego briefu rozpoczęta zostanie realizacja prac projektowych (designerskich) opisana szczegółowo jako zadanie nr 2. Kolejnym etapem będzie kompleksowe opracowanie 3 wersji prototypów dla każdego z projektów wzorniczych. Projekt w trakcie czasu swojego trwania przewiduje włączenie użytkowników końcowych, którzy aktywnie współdziałając z projektantami przyczynią się do opracowania nowych właściwości użytkowych oraz doprecyzują wszelkie niedociągnięcia i usterki prototypów czyniąc je bardziej doskonałymi od konkurencji. W celu zapewnienia sukcesu rynkowego nowych projektów wzorniczych projekt przewiduje ponadto realizację czynności doradczych pozwalających nie tylko na ograniczenie ryzyka wdrożenia, a lecz także i na rozszerzenie sprzedaży o rynki zagraniczne. Konsekwentnie, projekt odgrywa klucz znaczenie z punktu widzenia Wnioskodawcy, ponieważ poprzez jego realizację możliwe jest sfinansowanie zakupu środków trwałych, które uniezależnią go od dostawców z Chin, zminimalizują ryzyko kosztownych transportów oraz pozwolą rozszerzyć zatrudnienie na terytorium RP. SA 42799(2015/X) The implementation of the project envisages the implementation of 2 new design projects in the form of non-threshold shower enclosures dedicated to the use by wheelchair users and elderly people to the Applicant’s product offer based on cooperation with professional designers. The design process began with self-conducting the design diagnosis in the Applicant’s company. Next, after signing the grant agreement with PARP, the Applicant will commission the development of a design strategy on the basis of which initial assumptions will be defined in relation to the implemented shower enclosures in the form of material analysis, feasibility, technology, product characteristics, as well as analysis of key elements in the context of the implementation of trends. Next, on the basis of the brief prepared, the implementation of the project (designer) will begin, described in detail as Task 2. The next step will be the comprehensive development of 3 prototypes for each design project. The project provides for the inclusion of end-users during its lifetime, who, by working actively with the designers, will contribute to the development of new performance characteristics and clarify any shortcomings and defects of prototypes, making them more perfect than the competition. In order to ensure the market success of new design projects, the project also provides for advisory activities allowing not only to reduce the risk of implementation, but also to extend sales to foreign markets. Consequently, the project plays a key role from the Applicant’s point of view, as it is possible to finance the purchase of fixed assets that will make it independent of Chinese suppliers, minimise the risk of expensive transports and allow employment to be extended to the territory of the Republic of Poland.
