Obiectivul general: Sprijinirea antreprenoriatului si imbunatatirea competentelor antreprenoriale la nivel regional, ca factor pentru incurajarea dezvoltarii de noi afaceri si cresterea ocuparii in Regiunea de NE. Prin acest proiect vor fi infiintate un numar de 37 de intreprinderi noi cu profil non-agricol in zona urbana a Regiunii NE, in domenii creative, dar si clasice, cel putin cate 2 in fiecare judet al regiunii, și, astfel, va rezulta o crestere a ocuparii cu minimum 74 de persoane. Grupul tinta va fi format din 300 de persoane fizice, care se incadreaza in categoriile solicitate prin Ghid (someri&inactivi/angajati, inclusiv persoane care desfasoara o activitate independenta, exclusiv tineri NEETs), care doresc sa infiinteze o afacere non-agricola in zona urbana, in conditiile unui acces egal pentru femei si barbati. Pe termen lung, proiectul va avea un impact pozitiv atat asupra mediului de afaceri din Regiunea de Nord Est (infiintarea a 37 de noi afaceri – min 2/judet), cat si asupra balantei fortei de munca (cresterea ocuparii cu cel putin 74 de persoane – min 2/afacere), prin stimularea deschiderii de noi întreprinderi, inclusiv IMM-uri inovatoare, prin relevarea/descoperirea initiativei si dezvoltarea culturii antreprenoriale in randul tinerilor si prin cresterea competentelor antreprenoriale ca urmare a participarii la cursurile de formare antreprenoriala (300 de persoane). Astfel, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului specific 3.7. Prin derularea unei campanii de informare și conștientizare a beneficiilor antreprenoriatului va fi stimulat interesul pentru acest domeniu ca o alternativa la angajare. Instruirea celor 300 de persoane va reprezenta un plus la nivel de investitie în capitalul uman, pe termen mediu si lung, deoarece educatia are efecte în timp, putând produce modificari cu privire la modalitatea de raportare la piata muncii. Organizarea unui concurs de planuri de afaceri va urmari focusarea atentiei spre domenii solicitate pe piata și potential aducatoare de venituri, pe sectoare industriale cu valoare adaugata mare, inclusiv prin adoptarea unor solutii și tehnologii în procesele de productie și livrare mai putin daunatoare mediului, dobandirea de metode moderne de management, respectiv si prin utilizarea de softuri în vederea modernizarii proceselor de munca, pentru obtinerea unei productivitati si competitivitati sporite. Stagiile de practica, alaturi de programul de mentorat și cel de monitorizare, vor reprezenta elemente suport pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor, inducând antreprenorilor abilitatile necesare. General objective: Supporting entrepreneurship and improving entrepreneurial skills at regional level, as a factor for encouraging the development of new businesses and increasing employment in the NE Region. Through this project will be established a number of 37 new enterprises with a non-agricultural profile in the urban area of the NE Region, in creative and classical fields, at least 2 in each county of the region, and thus will result in an increase in the occupation of at least 74 people. The target group will be made up of 300 individuals, who fall within the categories required by the Guide (inactive/employees, including people who carry out an independent activity, exclusively NEETs), who want to set up a non-agricultural business in the urban area, with equal access for women and men. In the long term, the project will have a positive impact on both the business environment in the North East Region (establishment of 37 new businesses – min. 2/county) and on the balance of the workforce (increasing the employment of at least 74 people – min 2/business), by stimulating the opening of new enterprises, including innovative SMEs, by revealing/discovering the initiative and developing the entrepreneurial culture among young people and by increasing entrepreneurial skills as a result of participation in entrepreneurial training courses (300 people). The project thus contributes to the achievement of specific objective 3.7. By running an information and awareness-raising campaign on the benefits of entrepreneurship, interest in this area will be stimulated as an alternative to employment. The training of the 300 people will be a plus at the level of investment in human capital, in the medium and long term, because the education has effects over time and can produce changes regarding the way of reporting to the labour market. Organising a competition of business plans will aim to focus attention to fields demanded on the market and potentially generating revenue, on industrial sectors with high added value, including by adopting solutions and technologies in the production and delivery processes less harmful to the environment, acquiring modern management methods, respectively by using software to modernise the work processes, in order to achieve increased productivity and competitiveness. The practice internships, together with the mentoring and monitoring programs, will be supportive elements for business development, inducing entrepreneurs the necessary skills. The creation of at least 74 jobs will be a direct effect of the project. (English)
