Obiectivul general al proiectului îl reprezintă dezvoltarea pe o perioada de 36 de luni a unui pachet complex de masuri ce faciliteaza cresterea accesului unui numar de 105 persoane din regiunile de dezvoltare Sud-Muntenia, Centru, Sud-Est si Nord-Est la servicii de formare antreprenoriala specifica, activitati de sprijin si consiliere in domeniul antreprenoriatului, in vederea asigurarii premiselor infiintarii, consolidarii si dezvoltarii intr-o maniera sustenabila a 21 de intreprinderi sociale. Prin obiectivele si activitatile propuse proiectul urmareste si respecta: Obiectiv Specific (O.S.) 4.16: Consolidarea capacității întreprinderilor de economie socială de a funcționa într-o manieră auto-sustenabilă – asigurand in cadrul etapei I de implementare a prezentului proiect „Sprijin pentru infiintarea de noi intreprinderi sociale” (sub-activitatile A3.1, A3.2, A3.3, A3.4, A3.5) imbunatatirea competentelor in domeniul antreprenorial a 105 membri ai grupului tinta din Regiunile de dezvoltare Sud-Muntenia, Centru, Sud-Est, Nord-Est iar in cadrul etapei II de impementare a proiectului „Implementarea planurilor de afaceri si monitorizarea functionarii intreprinderilor sociale” (sub-activitatile A4.1, A4.2, A4.3, A4.4) derularea de activitati ce au ca scop final sustinerea a 21 de membri ai grupului tinta in implementarea planurilor de afaceri selectate, crearea a 105 noi locuri de munca si finalizarea procesului de plata a 21 de ajutoare de minimis acordate intreprinderilor sociale.Aceste intreprinderi sociale infiintate, dezvoltate si monitorizate in cadrul proiectului vor contribui la dezvoltarea comunitatilor locale si serviciilor locale din regiunile de dezvoltare vizate de catre proiect si la implicarea unor persoane apartinand unor grupuri vulnerabile in activitati cu caracter social si economic, facilitand accesul tuturor la resursele si serviciile comunitatii. In extensie, obiectivul proiectului respecta si contribuie la atingerea Axei prioritare 4: Incluziunea socială și combaterea sărăciei, Obiectivul tematic 9: Promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea sărăciei și a oricărei forme de discriminare; Prioritatea de investiții 9v: Promovarea antreprenoriatului social și a integrării vocaționale în întreprinderile sociale și economia socială și solidară pentru a facilita accesul la ocuparea forței de muncă. De asemenea, obiectivele specifice contribuie la realizarea Obiectivelor Prioritatii de investiții 9v: Promovarea antreprenoriatului social și a integrării vocaționale în întreprinderile sociale și economia socială și solidară pentru a facilita accesul la ocuparea forței de muncă - prin imbunatatirea competentelor in domeniul antreprenorial a unui numar de 105 persoane si sprijinirea acestora in realizarea si implementarea unor planuri de afaceri sustenabile in vederea infiintarii de intreprinderi sociale, integrarii pe piata muncii a persoanelor din grupurile vulnerabile si combaterii saraciei. The general objective of the project is to develop over a period of 36 months a complex package of measures that facilitates the increase of access of 105 people from the development regions South-Muntenia, Center, South-East and North-East to specific entrepreneurial training services, support and counselling activities in the field of entrepreneurship, in order to ensure the prerequisites for setting up, strengthening and developing in a sustainable manner 21 social enterprises. Through the proposed objectives and activities the project pursues and respects: Specific objective (O.S.) 4.16: Strengthening the capacity of social economy enterprises to operate in a self-sustainable manner – ensuring during the implementation phase I of this project “Support for the establishment of new social enterprises” (sub-activities A3.1, A3.2, A3.3, A3.4, A3.5) improving the entrepreneurial skills of 105 members of the target group from South-Muntenia Development Regions, center, South-East, North-East and in the second stage of implementation of the project “Implementation of business plans and monitoring of the functioning of social enterprises” (sub-activities A4.1, A4.2, A4.3, A4.4) carrying out activities aimed at ultimately supporting 21 members of the target group in implementing the selected business plans, creating 105 new jobs and completing the payment process of 21 de minimis aids granted to social enterprises. These social enterprises established, developed and monitored within the project will contribute to the development of local communities and local services in the development regions targeted by the project and to the involvement of people belonging to vulnerable groups in social and economic activities, facilitating access to the resources and services of the community. In extension, the project objective respects and contributes to the achievement of Priority Axis 4: Social inclusion and combating poverty, Thematic Objective 9: Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination; Investment priority 9v: Promoting social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and the social and solidarity economy to facilitate access to employment. The specific objectives also contribute to the achievement of Investment Priority Objectives 9v: Promoting social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and the social and solidarity economy in order to facilitate access to employment – by improving the entrepreneurial skills of 105 people and supporting them in achieving and implementing sustainable business plans in order to establish social enterprises, integrate people from vulnerable groups into the labour market and combat poverty.
