Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta promovarea si dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului, infiintarea de intreprinderi cu profil non-agricol in Regiunea Sud-Est si sustinerea acestora in vederea dezvoltarii afacerilor. Prin acest proiect ne propunem sa formam 500 de persoane interesate de antreprenoriat, din care 50% vor proveni din segmentul de varsta 18-25 ani (tienrii din categoria NEETs nu sunt eligibili). De asemenea, dorim sa incurajam si antreprenoriatul in randul femeilor, prin urmare 50% din grupul tinta va fi format din acestea. Pe durata cursurilor de formare, participantii vor dezvolta propriile idei de afaceri transpuse in planuri de afaceri individuale. La sfarsitul etapei de formare se va organiza un concurs de planuri de afaceri, iar cele mai bune 60 planuri vor primi o finantare nerabursabila in cuantum de max. 40.000 euro (echivalent in lei). Selectia planurilor de afaceri se va face in mod deschis si transparent. Domeniile in care isi vor desfasura activitatea societatile comerciale vor fi alese in functie de prioritatile regiunii si pe baza studiilor efectuate pe Regiunea de Sud-Est, respectiv, pe baza necesitatilor comunitatilor si a economiilor locale. Castigatorii vor beneficia de servicii de sprijin atat in etapa de infiintare a societatilor comerciale, cat si pe parcursul desfasurarii si dezvoltarii activitatilor specifice. Pentru aceasta avem in vedere crearea unei platforme virtuale pentru promovarea antreprenoriatului in regiune, crearea unei retele de networking intre participantii la curs, si in a doua etapa, intre antreprenorii castigatori. Consideram importanta abordarea integrata a proiectului, prin stabilirea unor obiective specfice, a unor rezultate clare ce vor fi obtinute prin indeplinirea activitatilor necesare de informare si promovare a obiectivului proiectului, incurajare a tinerilor, somerilor sau a celor care se gandesc la o cariera ca antreprenor sa participe la cursurile de dezvoltare a competentelor antreprenoriale, de furnizarea de servicii suport pentru elaborarea planului de afaceri si de transpunere in practica a ideilor de afaceri castigatoare. The general objective of the project is the promotion and development of entrepreneurship, the establishment of non-agricultural enterprises in the South-East Region and their support for business development. With this project we aim to form 500 people interested in entrepreneurship, of which 50 % will come from the age of 18-25 (the NEETs are not eligible). We also want to encourage entrepreneurship among women, therefore 50 % of the target group will be made up of them. During training courses, participants will develop their own business ideas translated into individual business plans. At the end of the training phase, a contest of business plans will be organised, and the best 60 plans will receive a non-refundable financing in the amount of max. EUR 40,000 (equivalent in lei). The selection of business plans will be made in an open and transparent manner. The fields in which the companies will operate will be chosen according to the priorities of the region and on the basis of studies carried out in the South-East Region, respectively, based on the needs of local communities and economies. The winners will benefit from support services both at the stage of the establishment of commercial companies, as well as during the development and development of specific activities. For this we are considering creating a virtual platform for promoting entrepreneurship in the region, creating a networking network between the participants in the course, and in the second stage, between the winning entrepreneurs. We consider the importance of the integrated approach of the project, by establishing specific objectives, clear results that will be achieved by fulfilling the necessary activities to inform and promote the project’s objective, encouraging young people, unemployed people or those who think of a career as an entrepreneur to participate in entrepreneurship development courses, providing support services for elaborating the business plan and translating into practice winning business ideas.
