Obiectivul general al proiectului este consolidarea poziției pe piață a NAVRIV SRL intr-un domeniu competitiv identificat in Strategia Națională de Competitivitate şi Planurile de Dezvoltare Regională, si anume in Fabricarea echipamentelor de ridicat si manipulat, obiectiv ce se incadreaza in obiectivul general al POR. Societatea NAVRIV S.R.L. are ca obiect principal de activitate constructia de nave si structuri plutitoare. Prin prezentul proiect societatea isi va diversifica sfera de productie prin abordarea unui nou segment, si anume Fabricarea echipamentelor de ridicat si manipulat (vinciuri, cabestane, trolii). Viziunea companiei este de a contribui la dezvoltarea clientilor din mediul privat, public, producand echipamente de ridicat si manipulat specifice pentru industria navala, conform cod CAEN 2822, activitate care se va derula prin implementarea prezentului proiect Misiunea firmei - Furnizarea de propuneri estetice clienţilor, bazate pe o completă analiză a nevoilor acestora. - Creşterea şi continua perfecţionare a echipei de productie echipamente de ridicat si manipulat. - Menţinerea calităţii produselor oferite la un nivel naţional si international. - Consolidarea pozitiei NAVRIV S.R.L. printre cele mai bune firme de echipamente de ridicat si manipulat din domeniul naval de pe piata Examinarea perspectivelor pentru viitor in contextul obiectivelor pe termen scurt: - Depunerea proiectului prezent propus spre finantare - Achizitia de echipamente necesare pentru dezvoltarea societatii prin dezvoltare gamei de produse - Finalizarea implementarii proiectului Examinarea perspectivelor pentru viitor in contextul obiectivelor pe termen mediu: - Finalizarea etapei de angajare a personalului - Diversificarea gamei de produse fabricate de societate Examinarea perspectivelor pentru viitor in contextul obiectivelor pe termen lung: 1. Pozitionarea pe piata – cresterea cotei de piata cu 78% in primii trei ani de operare. 2. Inovatia – calitatea este o cheie a succesului; imbunatatirea produselor actuale si dezvoltare de noi produse prin diversificarea tipului de procese din cadrul entitatii economice. 3. Productivitatea – cresterea cu peste 70% a vanzarilor in primii trei ani de operare. 4. Resursele fizice si financiare – achizitionarea de echipamente necesare pentru fabricarea echipamentelor de ridicat si manipulat (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to strengthen the market position of NAVRIV SRL in a competitive field identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy and Regional Development Plans, namely in the Manufacture of lifting and handling equipment, which falls within the general objective of the ROP. NAVRIV S.R.L. has as main activity the construction of ships and floating structures. Through the present project, the company will diversify its production scope by approaching a new segment, namely Manufacture of lifting and handling equipment (wines, capstans, winches). The company’s vision is to contribute to the development of private, public customers, producing lifting and handling equipment specific to the shipping industry, according to CAEN code 2822, activity that will be carried out by implementing this project Company Mission – Providing aesthetic proposals to customers, based on a complete analysis of their needs. — The growth and continuous improvement of the production team of lifting and handling equipment. — Maintaining the quality of products offered at a national and international level. — Strengthening the position of NAVRIV S.R.L. among the best shiplifting and handling equipment companies on the market Examination of future prospects in the context of short-term objectives: — Submission of the present project proposed for financing – Acquisition of equipment necessary for the development of the company through product range development – Completion of project implementation Examination of perspectives for the future in the context of medium-term objectives: — Completion of the recruitment phase – Diversification of the range of products manufactured by the company Examination of future prospects in the context of long-term objectives: 1. Market positioning – increasing market share by 78 % in the first three years of operation. 2. Innovation – quality is a key to success; improving current products and developing new products by diversifying the type of processes within the economic entity. 3.
