    Obiectivul specific OS 2.1 completează investițiile menite să asigure creșterea mobilității la nivelul infrastructurii rutiere aferente rețelei TEN-T. Mobilitatea obținută prin investițiile finanțate din FC la nivelul rețelei rutiere va fi sporită suplimentar prin proiecte care asigură atât un standard ridicat al drumurilor, inclusiv la nivel de autostradă, cât și prin asigurarea unei conectivități optime între diversele regiuni și centre urbane ale României. • Economii de timp în parcugerea distanțelor rutiere pe rețeaua TEN-T Obţinerea rezultatului scontat va contribui la promovarea competitivităţii economice şi la îmbunătăţirea condiţiilor în transportul rutier de mărfuri şi călători şi la reducerea emisiilor poluante prin eliminarea/ reducerea blocajelor de trafic prin reducerea duratelor de transport. Constructia variantei de ocolire Targu-Jiu duce la atingerea indicatorului de rezultat 2S11 – reducerea timpului mediu de calatorie pe reteaua rutiera TEN-T, prin reducerea timpului de parcurs cu aproximativ 8 minute/autovehicul pe distanta N-S, de la 18,27 minute in cazul fara proiect (valoarea de la inceputul perioadei de implementare) la 10,16 minute in cazul cu proiect (valoarea la sfarsitul perioadei de implementare) si cu aproximativ 2 minute / autovehicul pe distanta E-V, de la 9,61 minute in cazul fara proiect (valoarea de la inceputul perioadei de implementare) la 7,34 minute in cazul cu proiect (valoarea la sfarsitul perioadei de implementare). The mobility achieved through CF-funded investments in the road network will be further increased through projects that ensure both a high road standard, including at motorway level, and by ensuring optimal connectivity between the various regions and urban centres of Romania. • Time savings in the Parking of Road Distances on the TEN-T Network Achieving the expected result will help promote economic competitiveness and improve conditions in road freight and passenger transport and reduce pollutant emissions by removing/reduction of traffic bottlenecks by reducing transport times. The construction of the Targu-Jiu bypass leads to the achievement of the result indicator 2S11 – reducing the average travel time on the TEN-T road network, by reducing the journey time by about 8 minutes/motor vehicle distance N-S, from 18.27 minutes in case without the project (value from the beginning of the implementation period) to 10.16 minutes in the case of the project (value at the end of the implementation period) and by about 2 minutes/vehicle distance E-V, from 9.61 minutes in case without the project (value from the beginning of the implementation period) to 7.34 minutes in case of project (value at the end of the implementation period).
