Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea capacitatii spitlului de a raspunde în timp util și eficient la criza COVID19 prin asigurarea dotarilor necesare managementului pacientilor covid 19 si dotarilor necesare restrangerii raspandirii virusului in randul personalului spitalului si a pacientilor non-covid. Contributia proiectului la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului Proiectul isi aduce contributia la realizarea Obiectivului Specific 9.1 Creșterea capacității de gestionare a crizei sanitare COVID-19 vizează promovarea investiţiilor necesare pentru consolidarea capacităţii de reacţie la criza de sănătate publică cauzată de răspândirea virusului COVID-19 ca urmare a modului in care isi defineste activitatile si rezultatele prevazute. Activitatile proeictului prevad completarea dotarilor sptalului, cu echipamentele de protectie, de diagnostic, monitorizare si tratament specifice managementul pacientilor covid19, contribuind asftel direct la indeplinirea indicatorului de realizare imediata 2S130 al axei prioritare si anume: - Entități publice dotate / sprijinite pentru gestionarea crizei sanitare cauzate de SARS-CoV-2. Astfel investitiile din cadrul proeictului vizeaza achizitia unor echipamente suplimentare pentru a permite accesul mai multor pacienti la serviciile necesare precum si achiztia de echipamente care sa permita largirea gamei de investigatii si proceduri in conformitate cu necesitatile diverselor categorii de pacienti covid19 si achizitia de echipamete de protectie petru personalul spitalicesc. Dotarile achizitionate vor permite atat efectuarea unei game mai largi de investigatii paraclinice si clinice neceasare gestionarii complexe a pacientilor covid, conform indicatiilor ghidurilor europene si nationale si si cresterea numarului de pacienti care au acces la monitarizare si tratament.Prin dotarea cu echipamente de protectie si echipamente medicale care vor fi utilizate in mod direct atat pentru prevenirea infectarii cat si in tratarea infectarii cu COVID-19, se va imbunatati capacitatea de ingrijire si tratament a pacientilor. Astfel proiectul contribuie direct la indeplinirea indicatorului de rezultat 2S132al POIM si aume” Capacitate adecvată de îngrijire și tratament a cazurilor de infecție cu virusul SARS-CoV-2/ de gestionare a crizei sanitare”. Astfel, prin activitatile proeictului se vor realiza investiţiile necesare pentru consolidarea capacităţii de reacţie la criza de sănătate publică cauzată de răspândirea virusului COVID-19 si vor duce la realizarea Obiectivul Specific 9.1 Creșterea capacității de gestionare a crizei sanitare COVID-19. Dezideratul de “reducere a inegalităților în ceea ce privește starea de sănătate, promovare a incluziunii sociale prin îmbunătățirea accesului la serviciile sociale” , inclus in obeictivul axei prioritare 9, va fi atins prin: -achizitionarea in timp util a echipamentelor necesare diagnosticului, inclusiv celor necesare diagnosticului diferentiat a (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the capacity of the team to respond in a timely and efficient manner to the COVID19 crisis by providing the necessary facilities for the management of COVID 19 patients and the necessary facilities to restrict the spread of the virus among hospital staff and non-covid patients. Project contribution to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call The project contributes to the achievement of Specific Objective 9.1 Increasing the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis aims to promote the necessary investments to strengthen the capacity to respond to the public health crisis caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus due to the way in which it defines its activities and the expected results. The project activities foresee the completion of the sptal endowments, with protective, diagnostic, monitoring and treatment equipment specific to the management of COVID-19 patients, contributing directly to the fulfilment of the immediate achievement indicator 2S130 of the priority axis, namely: — Public entities equipped/supported to manage the health crisis caused by SARS-CoV-2. Thus, the investments within the project aim at the acquisition of additional equipment in order to allow more patients access to the necessary services as well as the purchase of equipment to allow the widening of the range of investigations and procedures according to the needs of the various categories of covid19 patients and the acquisition of protective equipment for hospital staff. The purchased facilities will allow both conducting a wider range of paraclinical and non-clock clinical investigations to the complex management of COVID patients, according to the indications of European and national guidelines and increasing the number of patients who have access to monitoring and treatment. By equipping protective equipment and medical equipment that will be used directly both for the prevention of infection and in the treatment of COVID-19 infection, will improve the care and treatment capacity of patients. Thus, the project contributes directly to the achievement of the result indicator 2S132 of LIOP and aume “Adequate capacity for care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management”. Thus, through the activities of the project, the necessary investments will be made to strengthen the capacity to respond to the public health crisis caused by the spread of the COVID-19 virus and will lead to the achievement of Specific Objective 9.1 Increasing the capacity to manage the COVID-19 health crisis. The goal of “reducing inequalities in health status, promoting social inclusion by improving access to social services”, included in the obeictiv of Priority Axis 9, will be achieved by: — timely purchase of the necessary diagnostic equipment, including those necessary for the differential diagnosis (English)
