    OBIECTIVUL GENERAL AL PROIECTULUI: Facilitarea accesului la educatie pentru 415 tineri NEETs someri din judetul Dambovita (inregistrati la Serviciul Public de Ocupare), cu varsta intre 16-29 ani, care nu au fost inscrisi sau care au parasit prematur mediul educational, respectiv cresterea numarului de persoane reintegrate in sistemul de educatie si formare participante la programe de tip „A doua sansa” si formare profesionala initiala, cu accent pe scaderea riscului de marginalizare sau dezavantaj socio-economic si accentuarea imaginii sociale, prin furnizarea unor servicii educationale de calitate, orientate pe nevoile beneficiarilor si ale unei scoli incluzive, in scopul cresterii sanselor de dezvoltare educationala si perfectionare profesionala sustenabila, precum si a gradului de integrare durabila si adaptabilitate a acestora la dinamica socio-economica actuala a regiunii Sud-Muntenia. SCOPUL PROIECTULUI vizeaza 5 aspecte principale care conduc la sporirea gradului de acces al tinerilor NEETs someri din judetul Dambovita, inregistrati la Agentia Nationala pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca (ANOFM, prin unitatea cu personalitate juridica din subordine AJOFM Dambovita), care nu au fost inscrisi sau care au parasit prematur sistemul de educatie si nu au absolvit invatamantul obligatoriu la programe/ servicii de sustinere si dezvoltare a capacitatilor de adaptare-integrare a acestora in sistemul de educatie si formare si masuri personalizate si inovative de reintegrare, mentinere si reducere a abandonului scolar, asigurand astfel educatia, calificarea, competenta si productivitatea resursei umane, prin dezvoltare sustenabila, dinamica si competitiva a acestora pe plan local/ judetean, respectiv: 1) cresterea abilitatii a 415 tineri NEETs someri, cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16-29 ani, care au parasit timpuriu scoala sau care nu au absolvit invatamantul obligatoriu si se reintorc in sistemul de educatie si formare profesionala initiala (cu accent asupra persoanelor din grupurile vulnerabile, in special cele apartinand minoritatii roma, cu dizabilitati sau provenind din zonele rurale, respectiv din comunitatile dezavantajate socio-economic) de a-si alege si adapta traseul profesional la capacitatile si nevoile proprii, precum si facilitarea dezvoltarii competentelor necesare tranzitiei intre diverse niveluri educationale si insertiei/ mobilitatii pe piata muncii locala/ judeteana, precum si pentru min. 50 parinti/ tutori/ apartinatori ai acestora, prin intermediul unor servicii complexe de consiliere si orientare a carierei pe tot parcursul vietii, axate pe dobandirea de competente care raspund necesitatilor actuale (in cadrul COMPONENTEI 1; corelat cu obiectivele specifice OS1, OS6, OS7); 2) cresterea ratei de reintegrare si participare a 415 tineri NEETs someri din judetul Dambovita, inregistrati la ANOFM/ AJOFM, cu varsta intre 16-29 ani, care nu au fost inscrisi sau care au parasit prematur sistemul de educatie si nu au absolvit invatamantul o (Romanian)

    GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Facilitating access to education for 415 unemployed NEETs from Dambovita County (registered at the Public Employment Service), aged 16-29, who were not enrolled or who left the educational environment prematurely, namely the increase in the number of persons reintegrated into the education and training system participating in “Second Chance” programs and initial vocational training, with a focus on decreasing the risk of marginalisation or socio-economic disadvantage and increasing the social image, by providing quality educational services, focused on the needs of beneficiaries and of an inclusive school, in order to increase the chances of educational development and sustainable professional improvement, as well as their degree of sustainable integration and adaptability to the current socio-economic dynamics of the South-Muntenia region. The PROJECT aims at 5 main aspects that lead to increasing the access of unemployed NEETs from Dambovita county, registered with the National Agency for Employment of the Labour Force (ANOFM, through the unit with legal personality subordinated to AJOFM Dambovita), who were not enrolled or who left the education system prematurely and did not graduate from compulsory education programs/services to support and develop their adaptation-integration capacities in the education and training system and personalised and innovative reintegration measures, maintaining and reducing school dropouts, thus ensuring the education, qualification, competence and productivity of the human resource, through their sustainable, dynamic and competitive development at local/county level, namely: 1) increasing the ability of 415 unemployed NEETs, aged 16-29, who have left school early or who have not completed compulsory education and return to the initial vocational education and training system (with a focus on people from vulnerable groups, especially those belonging to the Roma minority, with disabilities or coming from rural areas, respectively from socio-economically disadvantaged communities) to choose and adapt their career paths to their own capacities and needs, as well as facilitating the development of skills needed for transition between various educational levels and insertion/mobility on the local/county labour market, as well as for min. 50 parents/guardians/partners, through complex lifelong career guidance and counselling services, focused on acquiring skills that meet current needs (under component 1; linked to specific objectives OS1, OS6, OS7); 2) Increasing the reintegration and participation rate of 415 unemployed NEETs from Dambovita county, registered at ANOFM/AJOFM, aged 16-29, who were not enrolled or who left the education system prematurely and did not graduate from the education system.
