Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta imbunatatirea nivelului de competente profesionale pentru 459 de angajati din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Centru, in vederea sporirii capacitatii de insertie profesionala si a adaptabilitatii acestora la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si in corelare cu domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins prin derularea in proiect a 4 activitati principale, stabilite in cocncordanta cu cele prevazute de Ghidul Conditii specifice - Îmbunătăţirea nivelului de cunoştinţe/competenţe/aptitudini pentru angajaţi AP 3/ PI l0.iii/ OS 3.12, respectiv: informare – constientizare; formare profesionala; evaluarea si certificarea competentelor profesionale; dezvoltarea si implementarea la nivelul IMM-urilor eligibile de programe specifice de învăţare la locul de muncă si 2 activitati transversale/secundare, respectiv: managementul de proiect si informarea si publicitatea proiectului. Astfel, proiectul vizeaza derularea unei campanii de informare si constientizare la nivelul angajatorilor de pe teritoriul Regiunii Centru cu privire la beneficiile si oportunitatile participarii angajatilor la programe de formare continua precum si identificarea necesitatilor de formare existente in intreprinderile pe care le gestioneaza astfel incat oferta de cursuri sa fie adaptata necesitatilor proprii ale companiilor dar si ale angajatilor (A.1.). Activitatile de constientizare vor avea printre altele ca rezultat selectarea grupului tinta al proiectului care va fi format din minim 459 persoane angajate in intreprinderi din Regiunea Centru din sectoare economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC abordate prin proiect (turism si ecoturism, constructii, procesarea alimentelor si bauturilor, lemn si mobila, tehnologia informatiei si comunicarii,) si in corelare cu unul din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI (bio-economie, tehnologia informatiilor si a comunicatiilor spatiu si securitate, energie, mediu si schimbari climatice, eco-nano-tehnologii si materiale avansate, sanatate). Persoanele selectate vor face parte din cel putin 36 de intreprinderi din sectoarele amintite mai sus, intreprinderi ce vor primi ulterior si sprijin in elaborarea si introducerea unor programe de invatare la locul de munca. In activitatea a 2-a a proiectului, dintre cele 459 de persoane (angajati) inscrise in grupul tinta al proiectului, 359 vor fi inscrise la cursuri de formare adaptate nevoilor proprii astfel incat sa corespunda si nevoilor de la locul de munca, iar 100 persoane vor participa la programe de evaluare si certificare competente profesionale incadrul activitatii 3. Totodata, prin proiect vizam ca minim 46 persoane apartinand grupului tinta implicat in activitatile proiectului sa apartina categoriei angajaţi vârstnici (55-64 de ani), astfel incat sa se ofere acestor categorii de persoane, de cele mai multe ori greu angaj (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to improve the level of professional skills for 459 employees from the Center Development Region, in order to increase their professional insertion capacity and adaptability to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS and in correlation with the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. The general objective of the project will be achieved by carrying out in the project 4 main activities, established in cocncordance with those provided by the Guide Specific Conditions – Improving the level of knowledge/skills/skills for PA 3/PI employees l0.iii/OS 3.12, namely: information – awareness; vocational training; assessment and certification of professional skills; development and implementation at the level of SMEs eligible for specific on-the-job learning programmes and 2 transversal/secondary activities, namely: project management and information and publicity of the project. Thus, the project aims to conduct an information and awareness campaign at the level of the employers in the Central Region regarding the benefits and opportunities of employee participation in continuous training programs as well as to identify the training needs existing in the enterprises they manage so that the offer of courses is adapted to the needs of companies and employees (A.1.). Awareness activities will result, among other things, in selecting the target group of the project, which will consist of at least 459 people employed in enterprises in the Central Region from economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the project (tourism and ecotourism, construction, food and beverage processing, wood and furniture, information and communication technology,) and in conjunction with one of the fields of intelligence specialisation according to SNCDI (bio-economy, information technology and communication space and security, energy, environment and climate change, eco-nano-technologies and advanced materials, health). The selected persons will be part of at least 36 enterprises in the sectors mentioned above, enterprises that will subsequently receive support in developing and introducing work-based learning programs. In the 2nd activity of the project, out of the 459 persons (employees) registered in the target group of the project, 359 will be enrolled in training courses adapted to their own needs so as to meet the needs of the workplace, and 100 people will participate in professional evaluation and certification programs within the framework of activity 3. At the same time, through the project we aim at least 46 people belonging to the target group involved in the project activities to belong to the category of older employees (55-64 years old), so that to offer these categories of people, often difficult to hire (English)
