Analizandu-si situatia societatea si-a identificat in prezent, din punct de vedere strategic urmatoarele aspecte: • Posibilitatile de dezvoltare a activitatilor proprii prin extinderea bazei proprii de echipamente pentru prestarea de servicii de proiectare in domeniul instalatiilor in functie de tendinta generala a pietei; • Oportunitatile de crestere pe pieta si de intrare de noi piete regionale, care nu pot fi realizate din punct de vedere cantitativ si tehnologic datorita lipsei infrastructurii tehnice adecvate. • Nevoia de investitii pentru a inlatura limitarile privind desfasurarea activitatii. Pornind de la definirea liniilor strategice, proiectul are ca scop: (1) Realizarea de investitii moderne, care sa duca la cresterea productivitatii societatii (2) Introducerea de noi tehnologii, moderne, de ultima generatie pentru extinderea si diversificarea proceselor in cadrul companiei (3) Imbunatatirea competitivitatii nationale prin dezvoltarea unei noi activitati la nivelul societatii; (4) Consolidarea pozitiei societatii pe piata interna ca furnizor de servicii de proiectare instalatii In functie de acestea, societatea si-a stabilit obiectivul general si cele specifice a se realiza si a decis cresterea productivitatii si competitivitatii prin implementarea prezentului proiect. Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea competitivitatii si productivitatii economice bazandu-se pe principiile dezvoltarii durabile, in vederea participarii active a societatii S.C. INSTADRAFT SRL la consolidarea si dezvoltarea sectorului de servicii de proiectare instalatii. (Romanian)

Analysing its situation, the company has now identified the following aspects from a strategic point of view: • The possibilities of developing their own activities by extending their own equipment base for the provision of design services in the field of installations according to the general market trend; • Opportunities for market growth and entry of new regional markets, which cannot be achieved quantitatively and technologically due to the lack of appropriate technical infrastructure. • The need for investments to remove the limitations on the performance of the activity. Starting from the definition of strategic lines, the project aims to: (1) Achieving modern investments, leading to increasing the productivity of the company (2) The introduction of new, modern, state-of-the-art technologies for the expansion and diversification of processes within the company (3) Improve national competitiveness by developing a new activity at the level of the company; (4) Strengthening the company’s position on the internal market as a provider of installation design services. According to these, the company has established its general and specific objective to achieve and decided to increase productivity and competitiveness through the implementation of this project. The general objective of the project is to increase competitiveness and economic productivity based on the principles of sustainable development, in order to actively participate S.C. INSTADRAFT SRL in the consolidation and development of the installation design services sector. (English)
