Obiectivul general al acestui proiect il reprezintă cresterea eficientei energetice a cladirilor rezidentiale din Municipiul Fagaras, Judetul Brasov si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata a locuitorilor acestuia prin valorificarea conditiilor de confort interior, reducerea consumurilor energetice si scaderea emisiilor poluante. Cresterea eficientei energetice a cladirilor rezidentiale din Municipiul Fagaras, Judetul Brasov se va asigura prin realizarea unor lucrari de interventie care sa determine diminuarea consumurilor energetice pentru incalzirea apartamentelor, in conditiile asigurarii si mentinerii climatului termic interior, prin limitarea pierderilor de caldura catre mediul exterior, precum si ameliorarea aspectului urbanistic al localitatii. Obiectivul general al proiectului se va realiza în contextul îndeplinirii obiectivului general al Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020, respectiv creşterea competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata a locuitorilor acestuia ale comunităţilor locale si regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. The general objective of this project is to increase the energy efficiency of residential buildings in Fagaras Municipality, Brasov County and to improve the living conditions of its inhabitants by capitalising on indoor comfort conditions, reducing energy consumption and reducing polluting emissions. Increasing the energy efficiency of residential buildings in Fagaras Municipality, Brasov County will be ensured by carrying out intervention works that will reduce the energy consumption for heating the apartments, in the conditions of ensuring and maintaining the indoor thermal climate, by limiting heat losses to the outdoor environment, as well as improving the urban aspect of the locality. The general objective of the project will be achieved in the context of the achievement of the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, namely to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of its inhabitants of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.
