Podža analýzy je nezamestnanos na území MAS relatívne nízka, avak miestne stretnutia poukázali na vežký nedostatok miestnych pracovných príleitostí, čo jednak núti obyvatežov k migrácii za prácou a nevyhovuje tým, ktorí z nejakých príčin nie sú schopní dochádza za prácou na vežké vzdialenosti. Okrem toho občania v dotazníkoch a na verejných stretnutiach poukázali na nedostatok sluieb v obciach. K námetom na zvýenie miestnej zamestnanosti, získaným na obecných a tematických stretnutiach patrí preto Rozvoj sluieb (zakladanie a rozvoj sluieb) a Rozvoj malých výrobných podnikov (zakladanie a rozvoj malých priemyselných prevádzok). V obciach sú nevyuité budovy, vhodné na priemyselné vyuitie a kvalifikovaná pracovná sila so skúsenosami z podnikov v okolitých mestách. (Slovak)

According to the analysis, unemployment in the LAG’s territory is relatively low, while local meetings have highlighted a large lack of local employment opportunities, which, on the one hand, forces residents to migrate for work and does not suit those who, for some reason, are unable to work at long distances. In addition, in the questionnaires and in public meetings, citizens pointed to the lack of services in the municipalities. Therefore, the development of services (formation and development of services) and the development of small production enterprises (establishment and development of small industrial plants) are among the topics for increasing local employment gained at municipal and thematic meetings. In the villages are unutilised buildings, suitable for industrial applications and skilled workforce with experience from businesses in nearby towns. (English)
