Hlavným ciežom projektu je vytvori priaznivé podmienky pre prácu s marginalizovanou rómskou komunitou (ďalej len MRK) v obci Spiská Teplica za účelom jej integrácie do sociálneho, ekonomického a kultúrneho ivota obce, zlepenia ich ivotnej situácie, iniciovania trukturálnych zmien, ozdravných procesov a celkového zlepenia ivotných podmienok tejto skupiny obyvatežstva. Stanovený ciež plánuje iadatež dosiahnu vybudovaním komunitného centra prioritne zameraného na realizáciu vzdelávacích, zdravotnoosvetových a vožnočasových aktivít pre vetky vekové skupiny znevýhodnených obyvatežov, najmä vak prísluníkov MRK. Novovybudované komunitné centrum je projektované ako prízemná, murovaná budova so sedlovou väzníkovou strechou. Novovybudované komunitné centrum bude samostatne stojacim objektom, situovaným v bezprostrednej blízkosti centra obce cca 5min pei od obecného úradu. V okolitej zástavbe sa nachádza zástavba rodinných domov tak majoritného obyvatežstva ako aj obyvatežov MRK. Komunitné centrum bude vybudované na pozemkoch vo výhradnom vlastníctve iadateža s parcelnými číslami: KN-C 381/1, 381/2, 381/3, 381/4, 383, v lokalite obývanej početnou skupinou prísluníkov MRK. Komunitné centrum, ktorého výstavba je predmetom tejto iadosti o nenávratný finančný príspevok (ďalej len oNFP) svojou činnosou prispeje k sociálnemu začleňovaniu vylúčených osôb, k zlepeniu ich sociálnej situácie, k zvýeniu vzdelanosti, čo podporí ich začlenenie medzi majoritné obyvatežstvo a zároveň zvýi ich monosti uplatnenia na pracovnom trhu. pecifické ciele predkladaného projektu sú zamerané na:zlepenie prístupu miestnych obyvatežov identifikujúcich sa k MRK k sociálnej infratruktúre;aktivizáciu obyvatežov identifikujúcich sa k MRK k rieeniu vlastnej situácie, ako aj otázok týkajúcich sa ivota v obci;vytvorenie priestoru pre zbliovanie majoritnej a minoritnej časti obyvatežstva;elimináciu a predchádzanie vzniku sociálno-patologických javov. Projekt výstavby komunitného centra je v plnom súlade s globálnym ciežom Operačného programu žudské zdroje. The main objective of the project is to create favourable conditions for working with marginalised Roma community (hereinafter referred to as CLLD) in the village Spiská Teplica in order to integrate it into the social, economic and cultural life of the village, improve their life situation, initiate structural changes, healing processes and overall improvement of the living conditions of this group of inhabitants. The goal is planned to be achieved by building a community centre focused primarily on the implementation of educational, health education and leisure activities for all age groups of disadvantaged inhabitants, especially those belonging to MRC. The newly built community center is designed as a ground floor, brick building with a gabled trumpet roof. The newly built community center will be a detached building, situated in the immediate vicinity of the center of the village about 5 min pei from the municipal office. In the surrounding area there is a building of houses of both the majority population and the inhabitants of the MRK. The community centre will be built on land owned exclusively by the applicant with parcel numbers: CN-C 381/1, 381/2, 381/3, 381/4, 383, in the area occupied by a large group of members of the MRC. The community centre, the construction of which is the subject of this request for a non-repayable financial contribution (hereinafter referred to as ‘non-refundable’) will contribute to the social inclusion of excluded persons, to improving their social situation, to increasing their education, which will promote their inclusion in the majority population and, at the same time, increase their chances of access to the labour market. The specific objectives of the present project are aimed at na:zlepenie access of local residents identifying themselves to the MRC to social infrastructure; activation of communities identifying themselves to the MRC to address their own situation, as well as questions related to life in the village; creating a space for bringing together the majority and minority parts of the population; eliminating and preventing the emergence of socio-pathological phenomena. The project of building a community center is fully in line with the global goal of the Human Resources Operational Programme.
