Hlavnou úlohou diagnostických vozidiel je meranie a diagnostikovanie geometrických parametrov kožaje, trakčného vedenia, zariadení ETCS a GSM-R a vykonávanie kontinuálnej defektoskopickej kontroly kožajníc v zmysle európskych noriem, legislatívy a noriem Slovenskej republiky. The funds allocated from the OPII to financial instruments have the task of contributing to the implementation of long-term investment projects within the national investment priorities of the Slovak Republic and thus promote economic growth through investments without additional State budget entry. The main task of diagnostic vehicles is to measure and diagnose geometric parameters of leather, traction lines, ETCS and GSM-R equipment and to carry out continuous defectoscopic inspection of leather cows in accordance with European standards, legislation and standards of the Slovak Republic. Those controls have a major impact on ensuring the safety of railway operations and operational routes, which is necessary for the continuous accessibility of the Trans-European transport network and the transport network adjacent to them. The diagnostic vehicles referred to above have a major impact on the effective channelling of financial flows to the operational capacity of the lines.
