Projekt s názvom: „Regenerácia vnútrobloku sídliska Mirka Nešpora s uplatnením princípov tvorby a ochrany zelene“ je zameraný na zlepšenie kvality života v meste Holíč s dôrazom na životné prostredie. Prioritou uvedeného projektu je zlepšiť mestské prostredie a zároveň zregenerovať mestský sídliskový vnútroblokový priestor, v ktorom prevláda funkcia bývania. Žiadateľom o poskytnutie nenávratného finančného príspevku na realizáciu predkladaného projektu je Mesto Holíč, ako majiteľ pozemkov v katastrálnom území Holíč. Cieľom projektu je zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov v meste Holíč, prostredníctvom budovania prvkov zelenej infraštruktúry a adaptácia urbanizovaného prostredia na zmenu klímy. Uvedený cieľ projektu bude dosiahnutý práve realizáciou hlavnej aktivity, ktorá zahŕňa sanáciu a vegetačné úpravy (ošetrenie, výrub stromov, novú výsadbu stromov a založenie trávnika), technické prvky (lavičky, koše, pódium, detské ihrisko, drevená pergola) a cestnú sieť (vybudovanie chodníkov). Uvedené ciele projektu sú v súlade s očakávanými výsledkami podpory IROP. Cieľovou skupinou sú najmä obyvatelia mesta Holíč, najmä však obyvatelia bytových domov, nie je však vylúčený tiež priechod či pobyt osôb z okolia. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity s názvom „Regenerácia vnútrobloku sídliska Mirka Nešpora v meste Holíč“ a podporných aktivít projektu. Miestom realizácie projektu je Mesto Holíč, konkrétne sídliskový vnútroblokový priestor na ulici Mirka Nešpora. Konkrétne sa bude projekt týkať p. č. 1540, o rozlohe 30 070 m2. V dôsledku realizácie projektu dôjde k regenerácii vnútrobloku sídliska Mirka Nešpora, čiže v konečnom dôsledku príde k úprave verejného priestoru u zástavby bytových domov. Sledovaným merateľným ukazovateľom v rámci projektu bude – P0620 Revitalizované otvorené priestranstvá vnútroblokov mimo UMR, ktorý je relevantný k aktivite j. uvedenej vo Výzve. Projekt je spracovaný v súlade s Investičnou prioritou IROP. Úspešnou realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu sa naplní špecifický cieľ projektu definovaný v IROP. (Slovak)

Project entitled: “Regeneration of the interior of the estate Mirka Nešpora with the application of the principles of creation and protection of greenery” is aimed at improving the quality of life in the town of Holíč with an emphasis on the environment. The priority of this project is to improve the urban environment and at the same time regenerate the urban residential area in which the housing function prevails. The applicant for the grant of a non-repayable financial contribution for the implementation of the submitted project is the City of Holíč, as the owner of the land in the cadastral territory of Holíč. The aim of the project is to improve environmental aspects in Holíč, through building green infrastructure elements and adapting the urbanised environment to climate change. The above objective of the project will be achieved precisely through the implementation of the main activity, which includes remediation and vegetation treatments (treatment, felling of trees, replanting of trees and the establishment of a lawn), technical elements (beads, baskets, podium, playground, wooden pergola) and road network (building of paths). The above objectives of the project are in line with the expected results of the IROP support. The target group is mainly residents of the town of Holíč, especially residents of apartment buildings, but also the passage or stay of persons from the surrounding area is not excluded. The project will be implemented through the main activity entitled “Regeneration of the inner block of the Mirka Nešpora estate in Holíč” and the supporting activities of the project. The place of implementation of the project is the town of Holíč, namely the residential area in the street Mirka Nešpora. In particular, the project will concern p. 1540, with an area of 30070 m². As a result of the implementation of the project, the internal block of the Mirka Nešpora estate will be regenerated, so the public space at the construction of residential buildings will eventually be modified. The measured indicator of the project will be – P0620 Revitalised open spaces of intrablocks outside the UMR, which is relevant to the activity mentioned in the Call. The project is processed in accordance with the IROP Investment Priority. The successful implementation of the main activity of the project will fulfil the specific objective of the project as defined in the IROP. (English)
