    Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in accesarea oportunitatilor de dezvoltare profesionala si cresterea sanselor de insertie profesionala a 510 someri si persoane inactive, cu accent pe şomerii de lunga durata, lucratorii varstnici (55-64 ani), persoane cu dizabilitaţi, persoane cu nivel redus de educatie, cetateni romani apartinand minoritaţii roma, persoane din mediul rural, in special cele din agricultura de subzistenta si semi-subzistenta, prin implementarea unor masuri durabile de ocupare, cu caracter activ, preventiv, inovativ si flexibil, (servicii de informare si consilire profesionala, servicii de mediere, programe de formare profesionala, sesiuni de coaching personal si profesional, grupuri de suport) si dezvoltarea unor competente adecvate care sa raspunda nevoilor pietei fortei de munca, cu promovarea calitatii vietii si a invatarii de-a lungul vietii, in decursul a 18 luni, la nivelul regiunii de implementare Centru, judetele Brasov, Alba, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Sibiu. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului tematic 8 „Promovarea unei ocupari sustenabile si de calitate a fortei de munca si sprijinirea mobilitatii fortei de munca”, prioritatilor de investitii si obiectivelor specifice OS 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 & 3.6 ale programului/axei prioritare AP 3/ PI 8.i/, prin imbunatatirea nivelului de competente, prin programe de formare continua si prin evaluarea si certificarea competentelor dobandite in sistem non-formal si informal in meseriile de ospatar si agent de securitate, prin servicii de informare si consiliere profesionala, servicii de mediere, participarea la interviuri de angajare, job-cluburi, crearea de parteneriate pentru dezvoltarea de abordari inovative pentru integrarea pe piata fortei de munca a persoanelor din grupul tinta, desfasurarea de activitati proactive pentru mentinerea somerilor pe piata muncii, activitati de acompaniament inovatoare, sesiuni de coaching personal/dezvoltare personala si profesionala, grupuri de suport, pentru accesul la locuri de munca si cresterea ocuparii pentru persoanele aflate in cautarea unui loc de munca si pentru persoanele inactive, inclusiv pentru somerii de lunga durata si pentru persoanele cu sanse mici de angajare. Proiectul urmareste pe tot parcursul sau prioritatilestabilite prin strategiile relevante, Acordul de Parteneriat (AP) 2014-2020, Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014-2020, Strategia Nationala pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca 2014-2020, Strategia nationala de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii 2015-2020; Strategia naţionala pentru promovarea imbatranirii active şi protectia persoanelor varstnice pentru perioada 2015 – 2020; Strategia Guvernului Romaniei de Incluziune a Cetatenilor Romani apartinand Minoritatii Romilor 2012-2020; Strategia Nationala privind Incluziunea Sociala si Reducerea Saraciei pentru perioada 2015-2020, Strategia Europa 2020, Recomandarile Specifice de Tara 2016 si 2017, Strategia Nationala O societate fara bariere pentru per (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to access the opportunities for professional development and to increase the chances of professional insertion of 510 unemployed people and inactive people, with a focus on the long-term unemployed, older workers (55-64 years old), people with disabilities, people with low education, Romanian citizens belonging to Roma minorities, people from rural areas, especially those in subsistence and semi-subsistence agriculture, through the implementation of sustainable measures of employment, active, preventive, innovative and flexible, (information and professional counselling services, mediation services, professional training programmes, personal and professional coaching sessions, support groups) and the development of appropriate skills to meet the needs of the labour market, promoting quality of life and lifelong learning, within 18 months, at the level of the Centre, Brasov, Alba, Covasna, Harghita, Mures, Sibiu. The project contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 8 “Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility”, investment priorities and specific objectives OS 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5 & 3.6 of the programme/priority axis AP 3/PI 8.i/, by improving the level of competence, through continuous training programs and by assessing and certifying the skills acquired in non-formal and informal systems in the occupations of waiter and security agent, through information services and professional counselling, mediation services, participation in job interviews, job-clubs, creating partnerships for the development of innovative approaches for integration into the labour market of the target group, carrying out proactive activities to maintain unemployed people on the labour market, innovative accompaniment activities, personal coaching/personal and professional development sessions, support groups, for access to employment and employment growth for people looking for work and for inactive people, including long-term unemployed and people with low job opportunities. The project follows throughout or priorities established through the relevant strategies, the Partnership Agreement (PA) 2014-2020, the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, the National Employment Strategy 2014-2020, the National Lifelong Learning Strategy 2015-2020; National strategy for promoting active ageing and the protection of elderly people for the period 2015-2020; The Romanian Government’s Strategy of Inclusion of Romanian Citizens belonging to Roma Minority 2012-2020; National Strategy on Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction for 2015-2020, Europe 2020 Strategy, Country Specific Recommendations 2016 and 2017, National Strategy A Society without Barriers for Per (English)
