A APPACDM desenvolve,desde 1992,cursos de FP para PCDI. Este projeto visa formar, qualificar, intervir e apoiar na definição e construção do seu projeto de vida, desenvolvendo competências pessoais, sociais, contribuindo para melhoria da sua Qualidade de Vida. Pretende formar e qualificar 143 formandos, dos quais 85 são transitados e 58 iniciarão as ações em 2016, distribuídos por 38 ações/ cursos, dos quais 13 são de DC e referenciados no CNQ.
