Projekt Rekontrukcia M P.O.Hviezdoslava, Vežké Kapuany sa zameriava na zníenie energetickej náročnosti jestvujúcej materskej koly na ulici P.O.Hviezdoslava 1644 (č.65) v intraviláne obce Vežké Kapuany na sídlisku P.O.Hviezdoslava, v okrese Michalovce. Materskú kolu v súčasnosti navtevuje 152 detí. V areáli materskej koly sa nachádzajú tri samostatne stojace Pavilón A+B, Pavilón C a Pavilón D, ktoré sú navzájom poprepájané pergolami. Predkladaný projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity Zníenie energetickej náročnosti M P.O.Hviezdoslava, ktorá zahŕňa zateplenie obvodového a streného pláa a výmenu okenných výplní. Realizácia projektu je naplánovaná na 6 mesiacov.Dôvodom obnovy objektu je nevyhovujúci stav posudzovaných obvodových kontrukcií a z toho vyplývajúca ich zníená funkčnos a vysoká energetická náročnos.Ciežom projektu je zníenie spotreby energie a zvýenie teploizolačných vlastnosti budovy materskej koly. Stavebné úpravy vo vetkých troch objektoch zahŕňajú zateplenie obvodového pláa celého objektu z exteriérovej strany kontaktným zatepžovacím systémom, zateplenie sokla, zateplenie strenej kontrukcie, výmenu pôvodných okien a dverí za nové plastové okná a dvere.Úspora mernej potreby tepla po ukončení realizácie projektu bude niia o 61,7 %. The project reconstructing M P.O.Hviezdoslava, Vežké Kapuany focuses on reducing the energy intensity of the existing kindergarten on the street P.O.Hviezdoslava 1644 (No.65) in the village vežké Kapuany in the housing estate of P.O.Hviezdoslava, in the Michalovce district. There are currently 152 children visiting the maternal school. There are three detached pavilion A+B, Pavilion C and Pavilion D, which are interconnected with pergolas. The present project will be implemented through one main activity Reducing the energy intensity of M P.O.Hviezdoslav, which includes the insulation of the perimeter and sharpened beach and the replacement of window fillers. Implementation of the project is planned for 6 months.The reason for the restoration of the building is the poor condition of the assessed circuit contrusions and resulting their reduced functionality and high energy demand.The project also aims to reduce energy consumption and increase the thermal insulation properties of the building of the mother wheel. Construction modifications in all three buildings include insulation of the perimeter surface of the whole object from the exterior by contact insulation system, insulation of the plinth, insulation of the sharpened structure, replacement of original windows and doors with new plastic windows and doors.Saving of specific heat needs after the completion of the project will be reduced by 61.7 %.
