Asistent učiteža bude osobne prítomný v triede so žiakom, bude spolupracova s učitežom v triede a pedagogickými zamestnancami školy čím užahčí adaptáciu žiaka vo vzdelávacom procese. Dvaja asistenti dostatočne pokryjú špeciálne potreby, čím sa prispeje k podpore rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu, predovšetkým vo vzahu k podpore školskej úspešnosti a rozvoju kompetencií týchto žiakov v súlade s princípmi inkluzívneho vzdelávania. The aim of the project is to improve the educational and educational process for students with health disadvantages at the basic round with Anton Matula’s mother wheel in Sebechleby, thereby increasing inclusiveness and equal access to quality education and failing the results and competences of these pupils. The means to achieve this goal is the employment of two assistants, as is apparent from the reports and special recommendations drawn up by the Pedagogical-Pychological Advice and Prevention Centres and the special pedagogical counselling centres in Levice and Zvolen. The assistant teacher will be personally present in the classroom with a student, working with the teacher in the classroom and the pedagogical staff of the Schools, thus making it easier to adapt to the educational process. In connection with his disability, the duties of the assistant teacher will help him in overcoming barriers, adequately participate in the educational process in accordance with the instructions of the teacher. The time of implementation of the project, i.e. 36 months, is corresponding to three school years and is adequate to improve the life of these pupils with disabilities. Two assistants will sufficiently cover special needs, thereby contributing to the promotion of equal access to quality education, in particular in relation to the promotion of school success and the development of their competences in accordance with the principles of inclusive education.
