    Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dezvoltarea aptitudinilor si competentelor profesionale practice specifice pentru 181 elevi (din care cel putin 80% din mediul rural) inmatriculati in sistemul national de invatamant (invatamant profesional si lieal-ISCED 3,nivel de calificare 3 si 4),la Grupul Scolar "Tomsa Voda" Solca ,Liceul Tehnologic "Nicanor Morosan" Pirtestii de Jos,Liceul Tehnologic ”Stefan cel Mare” Cajvana prin programe de invatare la locul de munca,pentru specializarile Ospatar (Chelner),vanzator in unitati de alimentatie,Tehnician in gastronomie,tehnician mecanic pentru intretinere si reparatii,Confectioner produse textile,Zidar,pietrar,tencuitor,Tehnician in turism,Timplar universal,calificari preponderent din sectoare cu potential competitiv si de specializare inteligenta,identificate conform SNC si SNCDI,in vederea insertiei viitoare pe piata muncii a cel putin 39 de elevi dintre acestia. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in concordanta cu prevederile Acordului de Parteneriat 2014-2020,Recomandarile Specifice de Tara 2014, Strategia Nationala pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca 2014-2021,Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate,Strategia Educatiei si Formarii Profesionale 2016-2020,Strategiei Nationale de Invatare pe Tot Parcursul Vietii 2015-2020, Strategiei privind reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii si cu Programul National de Reforma si contribuie la indeplinirea obiectivului specific 6.14 ale AP 6/PI 10(iv) si ale apelului de proiecte prin asistarea persoanelor din Grupul Tinta in tranzitia de la scoala la viata activa,facand uz de instrumente si solutii inovative precum oferirea de programe integrate de consiliere si orientare profesionala,organizarea de programe de invatare la locul de munca,medii de practica create si intretinute impreuna cu angajatorii,incheierea de parteneriate sustenabile cu mediul privat,cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si din domeniile de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI. Activitatile de consiliere,orientare profesionala a elevilor din cadrul acestui proiect vor ajuta grupul tinta sa-si identifice propriile calitati si inzestrari personale,sa cunoasca cerintele si oportunitatile pietei muncii si sa primeasca indrumare spre obtinerea calificarii vizate,cresterea nivelului de calificare si/sau angajare. In plus,serviciile de consiliere si orientare profesionala le vor oferi elevilor informatii actualizate privind competentele teoretice si practice necesare la angajare,situatia actuala de pe piata muncii locale si nationale si prognozele asupra evolutiei viitoare a acesteia,astfel incat acestia sa cunoasca pasii necesari pentru a se indrepta catre o cariera de succes. La finalul proiectului grupul tinta va detine competentele necesare ocuparii postului vizat,va fi capabil sa utilizeze echipamentele/programele folosite de catre principalii angajatori de pe piata muncii in domeniul urmarit,sa se prezinte si sa obtina un loc de munca c (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to develop specific practical professional skills and competences for 181 students (of which at least 80 % of rural areas) registered in the national education system (vocational education and lieal-ISCED 3, qualification level 3 and 4), at the School Group “Tomsa Voda” Solca, Technological High School “Nicanor Morosan” Lower Pirtestii, “Stefan cel Mare” Technological High School Cajvana through on-the-job learning programs for Ospatar specialisations (Chelner), salesman in food units, gastronomy technician, mechanical technician for maintenance and repairs, Textile Confectioner, Zidar, Pietrar, Tehnician in tourism, universal time, mainly from sectors with competitive potential and intelligent specialisation,identified according to SNC and SNCDI, in view of the future insertion into the labor market of at least 39 students from among them. The general objective of the project is in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement 2014-2020, the Country Specific Recommendations 2014, the National Strategy for Employment 2014-2021, the National Strategy for the Employment of the Labour Force 2014-2021, the National Competitiveness Strategy, the Strategy for Education and Vocational Training 2016-2020, the National Strategy for Lifelong Learning 2015-2020, the Strategy for reducing early school leaving and the National Reform Programme and contributes to the achievement of the specific objective 6.14 of PA 6/PI 10(iv) and of the call for projects by assisting the people of the Tinta Group in the transition from school to active life, making use of innovative tools and solutions such as offering integrated counselling and career guidance programs, organising work-based learning programs, practice environments created and maintained together with employers, concluding sustainable partnerships with the private environment, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to NCNS and in the fields of intelligent specialisation according to SNCDI. The activities of counselling, professional orientation of the students within this project will help the target group to identify their own personal qualities and skills, to know the requirements and opportunities of the labour market and to receive guidance towards achieving the target qualification, increasing the level of qualification and/or employment. In addition, counselling and career guidance services will provide students with up-to-date information on the theoretical and practical skills required for employment, the current situation on the local and national labour market and forecasts on its future evolution, so that they know the steps needed to move towards a successful career. At the end of the project, the target group will have the skills needed to fill the targeted position, will be able to use the equipment/programs used by the main employers on the labour market in the field pursued, to present and obtain a job (English)
