    OBIECTIV GENERAL: stimularea participarii la educatie a copiilor ai caror parinti sunt plecati in strainatate, din judetele Alba si Caras Severin. In concordanta cu Obiectivele specifice 6.2 si 6.3, obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dezvoltarea de masuri integrate pentru reducerea și prevenirea abandonului școlar timpuriu și promovarea accesului egal la învățământul preșcolar, primar, gimnazial si secundar superior pentru un numar de minim 75 de copii/elevi din localitatile judetel Alba si Caras Severin. In detaliu, obiectivul general al proiectului se va atinge implicand atat copii/elevi avand un parinte plecat de cel putin 6 luni in strainatate si aflati in situatii socio-economice care duc la de riscul de parasire timpuriie a scolii, cat si persoanele in grija carora au ramas acesti copii, fie celalalt parinte, fie persoana care detine temporar autoritatea parinteasca supra lor. Conform prevederilor Obiectivelor Specifice, Obiectivul general al proiectului se va atinge acordand o atentie deosebita fata de copii/elevi apartinand grupurilor vulnerabile. Din acest motiv, proiectul prevede ca cel putin 12 copii/elevi vor fi din minoritatea roma, iar 16 copii/elevi vor fi zonele rurale. In plus, proiectul prevede si un numar de minim 5 copii/elevi cu dizabilitati/nevoi speciale. Masurile integrate prevazute vor fi de diferite feluri: suport educational intergativ si suplimentar, de tip formal, nonformal si informal, suport psiho-pedagogic adresat copiilor/elevilor, suport comunitar, constientizare si sensibilizare, suport material, suport social-pedagogic pentru parinti/tutori. In detaliu, stimularea participarii la educatie a copiilor ai caror parinti sunt plecati in strainatate si prevenirea fenomenului de parasire timpurie a scolii se va realiza prin activitai integrate de servicii care vor consta in suport educational, psiho-social, consiliere si socializare adecvata nevoilor personalizate ale acestora. Totodata se vor acorda servicii de educatie parentala si de consiliere psiho-sociala a parintilor, tutorilor, apartinatorilor copiilor. Vom pune accentul pe dezvoltarea emotionala echilibrata, formarea deprinderilor de viata independenta, dezvoltarea deprinderilor de comunicare si limbaj, abilitatilor sociale relationate cu invatarea in functie de varsta. Vom organiza activitati de consilire atat a copiilor cat si a parintilor, tutorilor, apartintorilor, vom pune accent pe nevoile personalizate ale acestora, pornind de la nevoile identificate prin anchetele sociale. Prin includerea in grupul tinta a minim 19 prescolari din care cel putin 3 apartinand minoritatii roma si minim 4 din zonele rurale si derservirea acestora cu servicii adecvate prin intermediul carora vom sprijini participare lor la invatamantul prescolar, vom contribui la atingerea Obiectivului Specific 6.2.     GENERAL OBJECTIVE: stimulating the participation in education of children whose parents are abroad, from Alba and Caras Severin counties. In accordance with the Specific Objectives 6.2 and 6.3, the general objective of the project is to develop integrated measures to reduce and prevent early school leaving and promote equal access to preschool, primary, secondary and upper secondary education for a minimum of 75 children/students from Alba and Caras Severin county. In detail, the general objective of the project will be achieved by involving both children/students having a parent gone for at least 6 months abroad and in socio-economic situations that lead to the risk of early school leaving, as well as the persons in charge of whom these children remained, either the other parent or the person who temporarily holds the parental authority over them. According to the Specific Objectives, the general objective of the project will be achieved by paying special attention to children/students belonging to vulnerable groups. For this reason, the project foresees that at least 12 children/students will be from the Roma minority and 16 children/students will be rural areas. In addition, the project also foresees a minimum of 5 children/students with disabilities/special needs. The integrated measures provided will be of different kinds: intergative and additional educational support, formal, non-formal and informal, psycho-pedagogical support for children/students, community support, awareness and awareness, material support, social-pedagogical support for parents/guardians. In detail, stimulating participation in education of children whose parents are abroad and preventing early school leaving will be achieved through integrated services activities that will consist of educational, psycho-social support, counseling and socialisation appropriate to their personalised needs. At the same time, parental education and psycho-social counselling services for parents, guardians, children’s members will be provided. We will focus on balanced emotional development, formation of independent life skills, development of communication skills and language, social skills related to age-related learning. We will organise counseling activities for both children and parents, guardians, members, we will focus on their personalised needs, starting from the needs identified through social surveys. By including in the target group at least 19 preschoolers, of which at least 3 belong to the Roma minority and minimum 4 from rural areas and their service with adequate services through which we will support their participation in preschool education, we will contribute to the achievement of Specific Objective 6.2.
