    summary
    Obiectivul general al proiectului “Dobandirea de competente antreprenoriale pentru antreprenori de succes in regiunea Centru – SMART Business Centru” este in acord cu prevederile POCU 2014-2020 si consta in incurajarea si promovarea culturii antreprenoriale, a ocuparii pe cont propriu, prin sustinerea infiintarii de intreprinderi noi cu profil nonagricol in zona urbana, in regiuni mai putin dezvoltate – in cazul de fata aria de implementare a proiectului fiind localitatile urbane din Regiunea de Dezvoltare Centru, regiune care include 6 judete: Alba, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures si Sibiu. Atingerea obiectivului general cu eficienta maxima impune implementarea unui set complex de activitati integrate, derulate intr-o succesiune logica, dupa cum urmeaza: campanii de informare si constientizare a publicului larg in scopul selectarii si formarii grupului tinta din proiect, instruirea grupului tinta prin cursuri de formare antreprenoriala in scopul elaborarii de catre fiecare participant a unui plan de afaceri, stagii de practica pentru castigatorii concursului cu planuri de afaceri la intreprinderi cu domenii de activitate similare (coduri CAEN), consiliere, consultanta, mentorat pentru infiintarea si functionarea intreprinderilor nou infiintate, inclusiv monitorizarea acestora pe perioada de sustenabilitate. Prin atingerea scopului general propus, proiectul va contribui la realizarea obiectivelor din documentele strategice relevante si la solutionarea nevoilor specifice ale grupului tinta, dupa cum urmeaza: a) referitor la obiectivele „Planului de Dezvoltare a Regiunii Centru 2014 – 2020, cap 4. Strategia de Dezvoltare a Regiunii Centru 2014 – 2020”, prin abordarea mai multor domenii in cadrul planurilor de afaceri, proiectul contribuie la promovarea temelor orizontale (dezvoltare durabila) si a egalitatii de sanse si nediscriminare (prin metodele si mijloacele utilizate in proiect pentru promovarea acestor principii in cadrul campaniilor de informare si constientizare a grupului tinta) – teme obligatorii preluate de Strategia de Dezvoltarea a Regiunii Centru, de la Comisia Europeana; prin sprijin de infiintare a unor intreprinderi cu profil nonagricol in mediul urban, proiectul raspunde Domeniului strategic 2 – Cresterea competitivitatii economice, a cercetarii si inovarii –Prioritatea 2.1 Sprijinirea activitatilor de inovare si modernizare ale IMM, cresterea gradului de internationalizare al IMM. b) referitor la obiectivele Programului Operational Capital Uman 2014-2020, Axa prioritara 3 – Locuri de munca pentru toti, Obiectivul specific 3.7 – Cresterea ocuparii prin sustinerea intreprinderilor cu profil nonagricol din zona urbana, proiectul ofera conditiile necesare pentru dobandirea de cunostinte de baza de antreprenoriat unui grup mare de participanti interesati (cel putin 500 persoane), servicii de mentorat, consultanta si consiliere in infiintarea, dezvoltarea si functionarea a cel putin 60 intreprinderi noi, conditii de reali (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project “Accrual of entrepreneurial skills for successful entrepreneurs in the Center region – SMART Business Center” is in line with the provisions of POCU 2014-2020 and is to encourage and promote entrepreneurial culture, self-employment, by supporting the establishment of new non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area, in less developed regions – in this case the project implementation area is the urban localities in the Central Development Region, region which includes 6 counties: Alba, Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures and Sibiu. Achieving the general objective with maximum efficiency requires the implementation of a complex set of integrated activities, carried out in a logical sequence, as follows: information campaigns and awareness raising of the general public in order to select and train the target group in the project, training the target group through entrepreneurial training courses in order to develop a business plan by each participant, internships for the winners of the competition with business plans at enterprises with similar fields of activity (CAEN codes), counselling, consulting, mentoring for the establishment and functioning of newly established enterprises, including their monitoring during the sustainability period. By achieving the general goal proposed, the project will contribute to achieving the objectives of the relevant strategic documents and to solving the specific needs of the target group, as follows: a) on the objectives of the "Central Region Development Plan 2014-2020, Chapter 4. Centre Region Development Strategy 2014-2020", by addressing several areas within business plans, the project contributes to the promotion of horizontal themes (sustainable development) and equal opportunities and non-discrimination (through the methods and means used in the project to promote these principles within the information and awareness campaigns of the target group) – mandatory themes taken over by the Development Strategy of the Centre Region, from the European Commission; by supporting the establishment of non-agricultural enterprises in the urban environment, the project responds to Strategic Area 2 – Increasing economic competitiveness, research and innovation – Priority 2.1 Supporting the innovation and modernisation activities of SMEs, increasing the degree of internationalisation of SMEs. b) regarding the objectives of the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 3 – Jobs for all, specific Objective 3.7 – Increasing employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area, the project provides the necessary conditions for acquiring basic entrepreneurship knowledge to a large group of interested participants (at least 500 people), mentoring services, consulting and counselling in the establishment, development and operation of at least 60 new enterprises, real conditions (English)
