Îmbunătăţirea infrastructurii serviciilor sociale oferite de către D.G.A.S.P.C Argeş, prin închiderea centrului de plasament de tip clasic din cadrul Complexului de Servicii pentru Copilul în Dificultate Câmpulung şi identificarea celor mai bune alternative, care să permită asigurarea bunăstării, dezvoltarea deplină şi armonioasă a beneficiarilor de măsură de protecţie. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi atins, prin dezvoltarea unui număr de 2 case de tip familial, cu o capacitate de 12 locuiri/casă, pentru 24 de beneficiari de măsură de protecţie în centrul de plasament din cadrul CSCD Rucar şi a unui centru de zi, cu o capacitate de 50 de locuri, încomuna Rucar, judeţul Argeş Implementarea proiectului propus, prin activitaţile incluse, va conduce la dezvoltarea unor servicii alternative bazate pe familie şi pe îngrijirea în cadrul comunităţii, precum şi a unor servicii de prevenire a separării copilului de familie. Prin investiţiile propuse, respectiv dezvoltarea încomuna Rucăr a unor servicii de dimensiuni mici, de tip case de tip familial, proiectul contribuie la realizarea procesului de dezinstituiţionalizare a copiilor din centrele de plasament, care urmează să fie închise cu prioritate, Prin activiţăţile propuse, proiectul contribuie la atingerea Obiectivului specific, 8.3. – „Cresterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale” - Grup vulnerabil copii, al Programului Operaţional Regional. În mod direct, implementarea proiectului va conduce la o îmbunătăţire a calităţii serviciilor care sa asigure cea mai potrivita forma de ingrijire alternativa a copiilor, la consolidarea avantajelor alternativei de protecție în case de tip familial față de îngrijirea în centrul rezidențial de tip clasic şi la ridicarea serviciilor oferite la standardele de calitate în vigoare recunoscute şi acceptate la nivel european. Proiectul corespunde exigenţei ca serviciile sociale oferite de către D.G.A.S.P.C. Argeş să se alinieze la nivelul standardelor în domeniu şi să răspundă în mod direct nevoilor individuale ale fiecarui copil si fiecarei familii, oferindu-le condiţii de viaţă şi servicii adecvate. Improving the infrastructure of social services offered by D.G.A.S.P.C. Argeș, by closing the classical placement center within the Câmpulung Child Difficulty Services Complex and identifying the best alternatives, allowing to ensure well-being, full and harmonious development of beneficiaries of protection measures. The general objective of the project will be achieved, through the development of 2 family-type houses with a capacity of 12 dwellings/house, for 24 beneficiaries of protection measure in the placement center of CSCD Rucar and a day centre with a capacity of 50 seats, in the commune of Rucar, Arges County The implementation of the proposed project, through the activities included, will lead to the development of alternative services based on family and community care, as well as services to prevent the separation of the child from the family. Through the proposed investments, namely the joint development of small-sized services such as family houses, the project contributes to the deinstitutionalisation process of children in foster care centers, to be closed with priority, through the proposed activities, the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective, 8.3. — “increasing coverage with social services” – vulnerable group children, of the Regional Operational Programme. Directly, the implementation of the project will lead to an improvement of the quality of the services that will ensure the most appropriate form of alternative care for children, to strengthen the advantages of the alternative protection in family houses compared to the care in the classic residential center, and to raise the services offered to the quality standards in force recognised and accepted at European level. The project meets the requirement for social services offered by D.G.A.S.P.C. Arges to align with the standards in the field and to respond directly to the individual needs of each child and family, providing them with adequate living conditions and services. (English)
