Obiectiv general al proiectului este cresterea eficientei energetice a cladirii publice Pavilion B, parte componenta a Spitalului Clinic de Boli Infectioase „Sf. Cuvioasa Parascheva”. Imbunatatirea eficientei energetice a fondului existent de cladiri publice este esentiala, nu doar pentru atingerea obiectivelor nationale referitoare la eficienta energetica pe termen mediu, ci si pentru a indeplini obiectivele pe termen lung ale strategiei privind schimbarile climatice si trecerea la o economie competitiva cu emisii scazute de CO2 pana in 2020. Prioritatea de investitii 3.1 Sprijinirea eficientei energetice, a gestionarii inteligente a energiei si a utilizarii energiei din surse regenerabile in infrastructurile publice din cadrul Axei prioritare 3 Sprijinirea tranzitiei catre o economie cu emisii scazute de carbon, creaza premisele si instrumentele financiare necesare pentru continuarea masurilor de crestere a eficientei energetice in sectorul public finantate prin POR 2014-2020, vine in intampinarea nevoilor autoritatilor publice locale de a realiza investii in infrastructura termica si energetica a cladilor publice. Mai mult de atat, proiectul propune activitati de consolidare, renovare si modernizare, precum si masuri de eficienta energetica pentru imbunatatirea performantelor energetice ale cladirii publice Pavilion B din cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Boli Infectioase Sf. Cuvioasa Parascheva. Prin indeplinirea obiectivelor specifice ale proiectului va fi atins obiectivul general. Totodata, proiectul propus va raspunde Obiectivului Specific al Axei prioritare 3: din cadrul POR 2014-2020 deoarece activitatile proiectului presupun implementarea unor solutii tehnice de reabilitare termica a Pavilionului B din incinta spitalului, in vederea reducerii consumurilor energetice, concomitent cu mentinerea conditiilor igenico-sanitare si de confort pe tot parcursul unui an, atat pentru cadrele medicale, cat si pentru pacientii internati. Implementarea activitatilor proiectului vor conduce la realizarea indicatorilor prestabiliti aferenti cladirii Pavilion B prin reducerea nivelului anual specific al gazelor cu efect de seră (echivalent tone de CO2) de la 20,32 la 4,97 si a consumului anual de energie primară de la 126.945,90 kWh/an la 62.919,52 kWh/an. General objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the Pavilion B public building, part of the Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases "St. The Pious Parascheva”. Improving the energy efficiency of the existing fund of public buildings is essential, not only to achieve the national targets for energy efficiency in the medium term, but also to meet the long-term objectives of the strategy on climate change and the transition to a competitive economy with low CO2 emissions by 2020. Investment Priority 3.1 Supporting energy efficiency, smart energy management and renewable energy use in public infrastructure under Priority Axis 3 Supporting the transition towards a low carbon economy, creates the necessary prerequisites and financial instruments for further measures to increase energy efficiency in the public sector financed through ROP 2014-2020, meets the needs of local public authorities to invest in the thermal and energy infrastructure of public buildings. Moreover, the project proposes activities of consolidation, renovation and modernisation, as well as energy efficiency measures to improve the energy performance of the Pavilion B public building within the Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases St. The Pious Parascheva. By achieving the specific objectives of the project, the general objective will be achieved. At the same time, the proposed project will respond to the Specific Objective of Priority Axis 3: from the 2014-2020 ROP because the project activities involve the implementation of technical solutions for thermal rehabilitation of the B Pavilion inside the hospital, in order to reduce energy consumption, while maintaining the hygenic-sanitary and comfort conditions throughout the year, both for healthcare professionals and for hospitalised patients. The implementation of the project activities will lead to the achievement of the predetermined indicators related to the Pavilion B building by reducing the specific annual level of greenhouse gases (equivalent to tonnes of CO2) from 20.32 to 4.97 and the annual primary energy consumption from 126945.90 kWh/year to 62919.52 kWh/year.
