Definir a estratégia de dados abertos do Município do Porto e a partir dela coligir e disponibilizar num portal no mínimo 400 conjuntos de dados e respetivos metadados, garantindo a fácil pesquisa e navegação, o acesso interativo e não interativo (API), e integrando estes dados na plataforma urbana que está a ser concebida para o Porto.
