O projeto pretende requalificar todo o edifício e simultaneamente ampliar, com a integração e adaptação das antigas instalações da Creche e do CATL, no Nível 1, para ampliação da ERPI e aumento da capacidade do SADEste vai permitir o alargamento da capacidade para 43 residentes (alojados em 22 quartos, sendo 4 triplos, 13 duplos e 5 individuais), SAD para 80 utentes, mantendo-se, contudo, inalterada a capacidade do Centro de Dia em 20 utentes.
