A operação visa a modernização e expansão do CHN. Trata-se de uma operação Multi-Fundo, uma vez que serão realizados investimentos na componente FEDER, nomeadamente: Obras de remodelação, aquisição de equipamentos e material circulante, participação em feiras internacionais, presença em conteúdos eletrónicos, aquisição de um plano de marketing, e também na componente FSE, através da criação de 3 postos de trabalho para pessoas desfavorecidas. The operation aims to modernise and expand CHN.
