Balvu un Viļakas novadu sadarbības projekta "Degradēto teritoriju revitalizācija Austrumu pierobežā" mērķis ir revitalizēt degradētās teritorijas un izveidot uzņemējdarbības attīstības veicināšanai nepieciešamo infrastruktūru. Atbilstoši projekta mērķim, paredz degradēto teritoriju samazināšanu Balvu un Viļakas novados un saskaņā ar pašvaldību Attīstības programmām tiks revitalizētas degradētās teritorijas 0,99 ha plata, izbūvējottajās jaunas industriālās zonas, kur uzņēmēji veiksmīgi attīstīs savu uzņēmējdarbību un radīs jaunasdarba vietas.Balvu novada Kubulu pagasta Kubulu ciemā uzņēmējdarbības veicināšanai tiek izbūvēts izkraušanās laukums un veikta Balvu ielas pārbūve. Viļakas novadā - plāno uzbūvēt angāra tipa ēku. Izveidotās teritorijas un ēkas saimnieciskās darbības veikšanai, izsoles procesa rezultātā tiks iznomāta uzņēmējiem, kas ienāks ar savam nefinanšuinvestīcijām un veiks saimniecisko darbību,Projekta rezultāti:- atjaunotas degradētās teritorijas 0,99 ha platībā,- radītas 11 jaunas darba vietas;- komersantu ieguldījums nefinanšu investīcijās EUR 460 056,19Projekta kopējās izmaksas EUR 584 672,70, tajā skaitā ERAF - EUR 454 388,77.Projekta īstenošanas laiks 18 mēneši. Vienošanos par projekta īstenošanu noslēgs līdz 2020.gada 31.augustam, taču projekta īstenošana tiks uzsākta 2021.gada 2.ceturksnī. (Latvian)

The aim of the awards and cooperation project “Revisalisation of degraded territories in the Eastern Border” is to revitalise degraded areas and create the infrastructure necessary to facilitate the development of host activities. In accordance with the aim of the project, the degraded areas are planned to be reduced in Balvi and Viļaka counties and according to local government development programs will be revitalised 0.99 ha wide, the new industrial zones where entrepreneurs will successfully develop their business and create new jobs. In Viļaka County – plans to build a hangar-type building. As a result of the tender process 11 new jobs were created;- contribution of merchants to non-financial investments EUR 460 056.19Project total cost EUR 584 672.70, including ERDF – EUR 454 388.77.Project implementation period 18 months. The agreement on the implementation of the project will be concluded by 31 August 2020, but the implementation of the project will be started in the 2nd quarter of 2021. (English)
