    Iga päev esitatakse Eesti Rahvusraamatukogule küsimusi / infopäringuid. Need küsimused on tihti korduvate mustritega ja korduvatel teemadel. Just korduvatele küsimustele vastamiseks kulutame liiga palju inimressurssi. Aastas saab Eesti Rahvusraamatukogu ligikaudu 14 tuhat e-kirja küsimustega.

Projekti tulemusel valmib tehisintellektil tugineva rakenduse Chatboti prototüüp, mis on võimeline saabunud küsimused sorteerima teemade järgi ning korduvate mustritega esmatasandi küsimustele ise vastama. (Estonian)

    Every day, questions/requests for information are submitted to the National Library of Estonia. These questions are often recurring patterns and recurring topics. It is precisely to answer recurrent questions that we spend too much human resources. The Estonian National Library receives about 14 thousand e-mails per year.

The project produces a prototype of the application Chatbot, based on artificial intelligence, which is able to sort the questions by topic and answer first-level questions with repetitive patterns. (English)
