    Tervishoiuvaldkonna erialasid õppides on määrava tähtsusega õppijate praktika kvaliteet tööandjate juures.Projekti tulemusel tõhustatakse praktika kvaliteeti praktikajuhendajate koolituse ja praktika korralduse parendamise kaudu.Õppekvaliteedi tõstmiseks kaasatakse õppetöö läbiviimisse eriala väljapaistvaid praktikuid, toetatakse õppejõudude stažeerimist omandamaks kaasaegsemaid praktilisi teadmisi ja oskusi töökeskkonnas.Projekti tulemused kajastatakse kõrgkooli kodulehel ning sotsiaalmeedias.     The quality of students’ internships with employers is of key importance when studying health professions. As a result of the project, the quality of traineeships is enhanced by improving the training and organisation of traineeships for traineeship instructors. In order to increase the quality of studies, outstanding practitioners of the field are involved in the delivery of studies, support is given to lecturers to gain more modern practical knowledge and skills in the working environment. The results of the project are reflected on the website of the higher education institution and on social media. (English)
