Projekti "Õpetaja vaimne, füüsiline ja emotsionaalne tervis ning tasakaal" raames toimuv täiendusõpe on suunatud õpetajate psühholoogilise heaolu tõstmisele ning toetamisele. Koolitusel arutletakse raskuskohtade üle õpetaja töös ja proovitakse erinevaid toetavaid tehnikaid. Eesmärgiks on leida igale osalejale sobivamaid tehnikaid, mis toetaksid õpetaja tööressursside säilimist ka stressirohkel ajal. (Estonian)

Project "The teacher’s mental, physical and emotional health and balance" in-service training in the framework of is aimed at improving the psychological well-being of teachers and contributing to the psychological well-being of teachers. The training will discuss the focus of the teacher’s work and test different supporting techniques. The goal is to find more suitable technologies for each participant to support the maintenance of the teacher’s working resources even in times of stress. (English)
