As a learner-centred inclusive community school, Randvere School needs staff who work as a team for a common goal, cope with the tensions they face and are able to maintain their mental health. At least 90 % of the school staff will participate in the 2-day training planned as part of the project, and as a result of the training, employees will be aware of how to manage better in working life and contribute to a team and are motivated to use the personal development programme that has been gained from the training.
