Projekti "Innovaatilised oskused õpilaste võimestamiseks" eesmärk on varustada kooli pedagoogiline personal uute oskustega, mis aitavad meeskonnana tegustedes ennetada õpilaste õpimotivatsiooni langust ning sellest tulenevaid raskusi koolis edasijõudmisel ning selle lõpetamisel. Õpiürituste käigus keskendutakse coachinguoskuste omandamisele, õpetajate ja abiõpetaja vahelise koostöö tõhustamisele hariduslike erivajadustega õpilaste võimestamisel ning teiste koolide sarnase kogemuse kogumisele. Project "Innovative skills to empower students" the aim is to equip school pedagogical staff with new skills to help prevent pupils from falling educational motivation and the resulting difficulties in reaching and graduating from school as a team. Learning events will focus on acquiring coaching skills, enhancing cooperation between teachers and assistant teachers in empowering pupils with special educational needs and gathering similar experiences in other schools.
