Gaia Kooli eesmärk on pakkuda mitmekülgset haridust viisil, mis arvestab ja toetab iga lapse individuaalset eripära. Paraku napib HEV õpilaste eripäradega arvestavaid õppe- ja abivahendeid ning füüsiline õppekeskkond pärsib HEV õpilaste kaasamist tavaklassi töösse. Projekti tulemusena on kooli õppekeskkond täienenud materjalidega, mis toetavad enam HEV õpilaste ainealast, sotsiaalset ja emotsionaalset arengut ning kooli füüsiline õppekeskkond soodustab HEV õpilaste õppimist tavaklassis. The goal of Gaia School is to provide a versatile education in a way that takes into account and supports the individual characteristics of each child. However, there is a shortage of learning and aids tailored to the specific characteristics of HEV students, and the physical learning environment hinders the inclusion of HEV students in regular class work. As a result of the project, the school’s learning environment has been improved with materials that are more supportive of the subject, social and emotional development of HEV students, and the school’s physical learning environment facilitates the learning of HEV students in the standard classroom.
