Projekti raames liitutakse ühisveevärgi ning -kanalisatsiooniga, mille tulemusel paraneb veevarude efektiivne kasutamine ja väheneb reovee võimalik imbumine pinnasesse amortiseerunud kogumiskaevust. Projekti elluviimine tagab joogivee kasutamise ning reovee kokkukogumise vastavuse Eesti ja Euroopa Liidu nõuetele, mis reguleerivad põhjavee kaitset ning joogivee kvaliteeti, samuti reovee kokku kogumist ja puhastamist. The project will join the public water supply and sewerage system, which will improve the efficient use of water resources and reduce the possible infiltration of waste water from a depreciated collection well. Implementation of the project will ensure that the use of drinking water and the collection of waste water comply with the requirements of Estonia and the European Union which regulate the protection of groundwater and the quality of drinking water, as well as the collection and treatment of waste water.
