Põltsamaa linnal ei ole soojusmajanduse arengukava ning projekti abil soovime linnale koostada kaasaegse soojusmajanduse arengukava, mille abil luua eeldusi energia lõpptarbimise vähendamiseks, sh soojusenergia efektiivsema tootmise ja edastuse arvelt. Soojusmajanduse arengukava näitab järgmise 10 aasta kaugkütte arengusuunad ja planeerib tegevused, milliste tegevuste tulemusena on võimalik saavutada kindel soojusvarustus ning stabiilne ja soodne soojuse hind. The city of Põltsamaa does not have a heat management development plan, and with the help of the project we want to draw up a modern thermal economy development plan for the city, with which to create the prerequisites for reducing final energy consumption, including at the expense of more efficient production and transmission of heat energy. The heat development plan shows the development trends of district heating over the next 10 years and plans activities that can result in a secure heat supply and a stable and favorable price of heat.
