The need to prepare the development plan for the heat management of Muhu rural municipality for 2016-2030 arises from the need to plan the local heat economy more efficiently, to define the directions for the development of the heat economy and to implement them most effectively. By monitoring the development plan, making the right decisions to implement investments in Muhu municipality, the aim is to reduce final consumption by introducing more cost-effective measures.
