Projektiga soovitakse teha korda kortermaja terviklikult, mille käigus vahetatakse välja kõik avatäited, soojustatakse fassaad, sokkel katus, ehitatakse välja soojustagastusega ventilatsioon, tsentraalse sooja vee süsteem, kahetorusüsteemne küte ning paigaldatakse uus soojasõlm.
