The collection of information and the cost and efficiency of investments related to the development of technologies, taking into account the resources of local raw materials to ensure profitability and competitiveness on both local and global markets, are important aspects of the selection of modern concentration technologies suitable for Estonia. The aim of the project is to study and develop technologies for the production of concentrates and the competitiveness of producers in the case of blackcurrants. (English)
