Projekti eesmärgiks on mõista seoseid valgutootmises transfektsioonireagendina kasutatavate rakku penetreeruvate peptiidide (CPP-de) keemilise disaini põhimõtete, transfektsiooni efektiivsuse ja tootmise efektiivsust mõjutavate tegurite vahel. Rakendusuuringu tulemusena loodav tehnoloogia annab meile CPP-de keemilise sünteesi printsiibid, mille abil saame luua reagendid, mis efektiivselt transfekteerivad rakke ja mõjutavad positiivselt rakusiseseid protsesse valkude efektiivsemaks tootmiseks. The aim of the project is to understand the links between the chemical design principles of the cells penetrating peptides (CPPs) in protein production, the efficiency of the transfective and the factors influencing the efficiency of production. The technology created as a result of applied research provides us with the principles of chemical synthesis of CPPs, through which we can create reagents that effectively transfect cells and positively influence intracellular processes for more efficient protein production.
