EcolChange on loodud Eesti Maaülikooli ja Tartu Ülikooli koostöös. Tippkeskuse teaduseesmärk ulatub globaalmuutuste ökoloogia uurimisvaldkonnas molekuli tasandist kuni bioomi tasandini pakkudes kompetentsi ja ressurssi keskkonna- ja põllumajandusteaduse ning klimamuutustega kohanemise uuringuteks riiklikest prioriteetidest lähtuvalt. EcolChange on sünergiline eksperitiisivõrgustik, mis töötab välja globaalseid ja lokaalseid stsenaariume maismaa ökosüsteemides aset leidvate globaalmuutuste kohta. (Estonian)

EcolChange has been created in cooperation between the Estonian University of Life Sciences and the University of Tartu. The Centre of Excellence’s scientific objective extends from molecular level to biome level in the field of ecology of global change by providing expertise and resources for environmental science, agricultural science and climate change adaptation studies based on national priorities. EcolChange is a synergistic experimental network that develops global and local scenarios for global changes in terrestrial ecosystems. (English)
