Projekti eesmärk on tervikliku sotsiaalhoolekandelise abi mudeli rakendamisega vähendada lähedaste hoolduskoormust ja tagada hoolduskoormusega inimestele võimalus tööturule naasmiseks või tööturul jätkamiseks. Projekti tulemusena on Jõelähtme vallas tervikliku sotsiaalhoolekandelise abi mudeli toel vähendatud vähemalt 60 inimese hoolduskoormust ning vähemalt 50% neist on tööturul. (Estonian)

The aim of the project is to reduce the burden of care for loved ones through the implementation of a comprehensive model of social care and to ensure that people with care burden have the chance to re-enter or continue in the labour market. As a result of the project, the care burden of at least 60 people has been reduced in Jõelähtme with the help of a comprehensive model of social care, and at least 50 % of them are on the labour market.
