The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life of people with special needs in Rõuge municipality, to ensure better self-sufficiency, to create a prerequisite for participation in the labour market and to reduce the burden on carers. To this end, the accommodation of 8 people with special needs will be adapted (8 applicants in total, but two persons with special needs in one dwelling). (English)
