Projekti raames viiakse läbi uuring Kuressaare linna liiklusohutuse ja -skeemi koostamiseks. Uuringuga viiakse läbi liiklusloendus vajalike algandmete saamiseks, tänavavõrgu ohutuse ja funktsionaalsuse analüüs, parkimisvõimaluste analüüs ning koostatakse linna põhimõtteline liiklusskeem. Liiklusuuringu tulemusi kasutatakse sisendina üldplaneeringu koostamisel. (Estonian)
