The PSAP’s threat assessment assistant is an AI-enabled software development that helps to provide the rescue operator with the most likely typical event by transcribing incoming calls and taking into account previous activities. Based on the standard case, the existing programme counts the nearest reactive resource. As a result of the project, the time to process the notification will be reduced and the correct standard cases will be offered more quickly. (English)
