The project analyses the situation associated with the implementation of the comprehensive plan of Kose rural municipality – how much would new residents be added to the implementation of the plan, in which age groups and in which areas. It also highlights the additional responsibilities for social services, whether additional educational institutions or other public services are needed. An analysis is carried out of the expected financial revenues and expenses for Kose Rural Municipality Government. (English)
