Projekti eesmärkide saavutamiseks on planeeritud põhimaantee nr 1 Tallinn - Narva II sõidutee (Narva-Tallinn suunaline sõidutee) kolme teelõigu rekonstrueerimine sealhulgas teekatte, ristmike ja mahasõitude ning Kodasoo II ja Kiiu II viaduktide remont ning Liiapeksi-Loksa teeristmiku valgustuse rajamine, et parandada tee seisukorda, sõidumugavust ja liiklusohutust. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, it is planned to reconstruct three sections of the main road No 1 Tallinn – Narva II (Narva-Tallinn Driving Road) including the repair of road surfaces, junctions and departures, viaducts of Kodasoo II and Kiiu II and the construction of lighting on the Liiapeks-Loksa crossroad in order to improve road condition, driving comfort and road safety.
