1. 3,795 km pikkuselt ja 9 m laiuselt uue asfaltbetoonkatte ja teekonstruktsiooni aluskihtide rekonstrueerimine; 2. Olemasoleva silla nr 220 Särevere sild asendamine uue sillaga; 3. Silla nr 219 Särevere mõisa sild remont; 4. 1,5 km pikkuse jalgratta- ja jalgtee ehitamine Kastani tn-st kuni Jaama tänavani; 5. 1,35 km ulatuses jalgtee remont ja ümberehitamine uue lahendusega kokkuviimiseks; 6. Riigimaanteede nr 5 ja nr 15 ristmike ümberehitus üherajaliseks ringristmikuks; 7. 2,57 km olemasoleva tänavavalgustuse ümberehitus; 8. Veoautode parkimiskohtade ja peatusmistaskute rajamine; 9. Bussipeatuste taskute ja ooteplatvormide ehitamine; 10. Sadevete äravoolusüsteemide ehitamine. Lisaks paigaldatakse ümber tehnovõrkusid ning rakendatakse erinevaid liiklusohutuse ja teekeskkonda parandavaid meetmeid. (Estonian)

Construction of 1.5 km cycling and footpath from Kastani Street to Jaama Street; 5. 1.35 km of footpath repair and reconstruction to connect with the new solution; 6. Conversion of intersections of national roads No 5 and No 15 into a single-lane roundabout; 7. 2,57 km of alteration of existing street lighting; 8. The establishment of parking places and stopping points for trucks; 9. Construction of bus stop pockets and platforms; 10. Construction of rainwater drainage systems. In addition, techno-networks will be re-installed and various measures to improve road safety and the road environment will be implemented. (English)
