Projekti eesmärgiks on kaasajastada Kostivere lasteaia õppekava ja õppetöö meetodeid demokraatlikul viisil õpetajate, õpetajate abide ja juhtkonna ühistöös, mille tulemusel -paraneb meeskonnatöö; -kinnistuvad ühised väärtused; -kujunevad uued, muutuva õpikäsituse rakendamiseks vajalikud oskused; -lastele on loodud põnevam ja motiveeriv õppimiskeskkond. Projekti käigus toimuvad seminarid, koolitused, õppereis ning projekti kokkuvõttev konverents KOV ja valla haridusasutuste töötajatele. (Estonian)

The aim of the project is to modernise the curriculum and teaching methods of Kostivere kindergarten in a democratic manner in the joint work of teachers, teachers’ assistants and management, as a result of which teamwork is improved; —confirming common values; —new skills needed to implement a changing approach to learning; —a more exciting and motivating learning environment has been created for children. During the project, seminars, trainings, study trips and a conference summarising the project will take place for the staff of the local government and rural municipality educational institutions.
